"This was the highlight of my third trip to Jordan. At reception you are greeted with a drink and a large brass platter of dates and local pastries. The rooms were top class with flat screen TVs. Extremely nice bathrooms - my room had a separate sitting room & the bedroom has a view of the waterfall & balcony. The spa was incredible - hot spring pool under the waterfall and the massage I booked was one of the best I've ever had. My therapist was Pat from Thailand."

"Great very pleased with our 2 day stay the hotel is a good location for visits to the dead sea (where the hotels are very expensive), the Hot Springs and Mount Nebo and Madaba itself has a number of interesting places. All in all Best Western and Madaba is a good choice and a central location for exploring the northern part of Jordan. The arrangement with transport to the airport was 100% and priced reasonable."
