we spent 2 days in this very nice riad, which is new and nicely decorated. It has a fantastic terrace (actually multiple terraces) with a nice view on Meknes. Our room was a little small compared to our expectations and bathroom was acceptable. Location is in the medina, but it was very difficult to find it. We had to call the owners. Breakfast was acceptable We ...

After traveling Morocco for a month this place was such a blessing. I was able to get comfortable and stretch out. As a tourist staying in budget accommodations for quick stops Swani was worth paying a little extra and definitely should be rated higher. Staff was excellent. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was superb.

Riad Malak is an elegant hotel with a great view from the rooftop. The man running the place is so kind and helpful. The breakfast you get in the morning is very tasty too and you can have extra servings if you like. The bed was very comfy and the wifi was decent too. We would definitely stay again!

Despite the fact I had a paid reservation, staff demanded more than double to be added to the original charge. I cancelled the reservation and left the hotel. While i was there, I also noticed the staff member was arguing with other guests for What it appears the same related issue.

The very important feature of this hotel is that it is located within walking distance to the main attractions within the Medina. We did that after breakfast and it was superb for our short stay in Meknes. Souvenir shops were close to these attractions and I didn't notice any in downtown; so just buy them here if you need to do so. The rooms are fine but as it is a Ria...

It was a long walk from the main road outside the Madina through the narrow and winding alleys. We were backpackers so we managed but it would have been entirely different had we brought heavy suitcases. There was a welcome drink upon our arrival, and it took sometime to prepare our room. We were two couples who stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful riad. It has been renovated fairly recently with great taste, while keeping intact the authenticity of the house. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is perfect. It is very close to the main plaza and yet very quiet. Excellent value and highly recommended.
