Nha Trang hotels & places to stay

We booked this resort so far thought Agoda -about 330 days before depart for get early booking discout about 20%. Take a express boat about 15 minutes will go there. It has a private beach, On day a lot of boat shedule round trip depart from island to port and back from 6 a.m. They got all staff's training from Best Western group. Only thing made we disapointed was they checked in so slowly because we arrived at around 8.30 a.m but we can not get a room unstill 2 p.m. On islands has a lot of coconut trees and so beautifull beach. We love their beach very much. We stayed in 2105 room with the best Nha Trang bay view. It located on 2 floor - the bungalow with higher than 1 floor. With a large bathroom outside bungalow which make you feel that take a bath in garden. We love Hon Tam resort so much and will come back again.

We had a great time here. The staff are very friendly, kudo to Phat-the frontdesk, Huy-electric cart driver and the spa staff. The service is great. We would definitely come back here when in Nha Trang. The resort is about 40 mins (by Taxi) away from Nha Trang. The beach is much nicer and cleaner than at Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang. It is great for relaxation and be away from Vietnam typical chaos. But if you would like to do any night life, water sport or other activities, it will take a bit of time to travel there. Now, a couple of things we thought the resort should have done better: 1. A quick tour/guide/introduction to the amenities of the resort and the room at the welcome/checkin would be great 2. A more Vietnamese-friendly: The resort is located in Vietnam, all the staffs except some higher managers are Vietnamese. A lot visitors are Vietnamese, however, all the handout, maps and spa brochures are in English. We found this either neglect or disrespect to the local customers and native culture. Other than a couple of minor hiccups, the stay is truly wonderful.

I booked a Villa here at Vinpearl Resort and Spa Long Beach Nha Trang for the sole purpose to get away from the busy and congested city of Nha Trang. This resort is located further down South near Cam Rahn. I booked the 3 Bedroom Villa with private pool and Ocean view. The single story villa was a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, full kitchen w/ a island, dining area with a long dining table that seats 8, and has a small living area as well. Was well worth what I payed for and the Ocean view is PRICELESS.

It's a very beautiful resort with full faculty (infinity pool, private beach, bar, restaurant, gym, spa). If you are here for some quite high quality escape from all the hustle and bustle, then this place is the one. It's a 20-min ride from the Nha Trang center. The resort offers complimentary shuttle service and it's about one hour ride to the airport. The staff are friendly and attentive. It's a highly recommend holiday resort. It's not cheap compared to all the other hotels in Nha Trang. But it is worth the money.

Vinpearl Resort delivers on the money. It is expensive, much more expensive than anything I've been to in Vietnam. However, the level of service is high. The staff cleans your room twice a day, there's rose petals on your bed, you get a free bottle of champagne when you get there, chocolate on your pillow...that sort of place. The water park is free and the most fun you will have there. There's also some amazing light shows, dolphin shows, animal shows. If you have been to Vietnam, you'll know what I mean when I say it's all "Vietnamese style". Nothing is really polished like the West...but it's all uniquely fun in it's own, down to Earth way. I guess that's the best to describe a lot of attractions in Vietnam. Anyway, the buffet is top notch, but the funny thing is that the buffet in one hotel building may be a little better than in another. You can go to any building in a compound. So you have a waterpark, amusement park with rides, activities that range from light shows to Vietnamese musicians, swimming pools, and shuttles to take you everywhere. The only drawback is the price. IMHO, it's worth trying Vinpearl once in your life....but it's much more cost effective to stay at a hotel, or mini-hotel in Nha Trang and just go visit Vinpearl Land one day to use all the rides and fun stuff. I paid about 250$ a night and I thought that was too steep...but some people have that sort of money, so power to them. Oh, and for the record, this place is on an island next to Nha Trang. If you want to experience Nha Trang you travel on a cable car over the ocean and then go take a ride to the city. Ergo, if you want to see Nha Trang it's better to stay at a hotel in the city.

Live in saigon and travel often over to Nha trang to relax, found this nice new beachfront hotel, have booked a executive suit room, very nice big room with amazing beach front views from the balcony , hotel is at the top location in Nha trang, people working at the reception must be trained in service culture and how to talk with guests more charming, to bring them in a good mood, and the breakfast are very poor, and that's not about the breakfast location, the location is great, it's in the new Qui club on the ground floor of the hotel, nice design, cool music and spectacular views outside to the sea & beach, but the breakfast themselves are very poor, old coffee even not hot, no orange juice, no Jogurt, no cheese or cold cuts, two days no butter..... but if they want, I think they can easily change, so hope at our next stay would be better

6 Senses Ninh Van Bay gave me new hope that the facilities, design and service in Vietnam could be world standard. The environment is so clean and unusually the native habitat - coral reef and tropical fish - are largely intact. We fell in love with the place and the atmosphere. Recreational facilities are all in great order too...no need to worry about being a fair way away from Nha Trang.

A fantastic accommodation ever in Nha Trang. Among those 5 starts which I have chances to stay, Intercontinental never let me down. December 2013, I stayed in Intercontinental Ho Chi Minh and that is the reason for I choose Intercontinental in Nha Trang this summer. And this is a briliant choice ever in my vacation this summer. I have informed the hotel for my early arrival as my flight in Nha Trang at 8AM, and they have room ready for me at 10AM. A nice treatment. Booking information in Agoda is matched with every detail: high floor, extra bed, early checking ... Even my room has extra bed for my younger sister, it is still large for 3 of us. very peaceful view from my balcony, modern design in every detail room's decoration, bath room is beautiful and sexy on its ways. Facilities are incredible with speaker, LED tivi ... Only 2 not good things are wifi and bluetooth connection for the speaker, however the manager come to my room himself for apologise in late responding in wifi. It is nice. One of the best is swimming pool, it is modern decoration - large - jacuzzi inside, my family has great time there. Staffs are very helpfull everytime we need helps. Beach is large and has the security to guard you from the hotel to the beach (as we have cross the Tran Phu street) Believe me, it becomes the best 5 starts hotel nowadays in Nha Trang.

Having travelled in Vietnam many times, staying in many different types of accomodation, as far as Resort accomodation goes we found this to be surely one of the best. Removed as it is from the ramshackle busyness of Nha Trang, The Anam provides a place of peaceful respite and relaxation. From the architecture and layout of the buildings and villas, the well-tended and green open spaces and gardens, the tasteful, elegant decor and attention to detail everywhere you look, it is beautiful in every respect. The villas have been planned and planted with surrounding gardens to ensure privacy and garden/lawn views down to the ocean. The private area of beach is excellent, with gentle waves, water just the perfect temperature and amazingly clean, safe and peaceful, with absolutely no buzzing or biting insects or pedlars to disturb the tranquility. Choice of three pools are all lovely, and there's an abundance of shade while meandering the various paths and buildings.

This is the 4th time we stayed at Evason Ana Mandara Nha Trang. This time also we had a very comfortable and relux time at the upgraded suite room. We enjoyed doing nothing but taking a nap in front of the beach, drunk, reading books and swimming in the resort. This resort is close to the local restaurants in Nha Trang, so, we also went there to enjoy the local food. More than that, we were very glad to meet some staff again, such as Ms. Shiina, Ms. Van, Ms. Thu,,, and many. Next time when we return to Nha Trang, we will definitely choose Evason Ana Mandara Nha Trang to stay and looking forward to meeting the staff working there.

It’s not my first time in Nha Trang, and I tried many hotels, guest houses, Airbnb, etc.. but this time it’s my first time with a kid! I wanted to surprise my wife, to stay in a confortable hôtel! So I did a lot of research, When I found the sunrise I wasn’t sure because it looks old! And I’m used to have new and modern hotel. But in some pics like the pool, the reception.. they have something, they have something the others don’t have.. a kind of Charm! It’s a kind of a old colonial design. So i went to Nha Trang for 6 nights but I only booked 3 nights a the sunrise in case if I won’t like ! So we arrived at the hotel, in the reception hall, it was huge, I booked a premier ocean view king but they upgraded me to a Suite for me and my family. We enjoyed the suite, just wonderful, okay the materials is looking a bit old but now these kind of hotel you won’t find it anymore in those new building last technologies hotels, we have here an identity! So after the 3 nights I booked 3 more ! We really appreciated the staffs, the hotel. It was really crowed of tourists in the city but at our hotels it was really calm and I love it. Me and my family we found our favorite hotel in Nha Trang and for sure we will come back!! Thanks again to all the staff !! Tran Family from France!

I visited the property in March 2017 with my husband and 6 month old son. We had a very good experience. We were dreading check-in formalities after reading previous reviews, but it was very quick and smooth for us. The property is amazing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Private beach is a bonus. However, there is an entry fee for the golf course for those who want to see it at close quarters. We were given a crib and a twin bed room, but the hotel changed the room without any fuss when we informed them that the baby refused to sleep in the crib. They even let us stay 2 hours extra after the checkout time. Very courteous and helpful staff. The free speedboat rides to and fro to the mainland helps in easy sightseeing. Highly recommended for stay in Nha Trang.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting my friends in Nha Trang. Hotel is very clean, friendly and in a very good location even though it is not on Tran Phu. I am highly recommended because of its value proposition. It’s sub 100’s per night but yet offers all the amenities of 5-Star hotel. Agora website is also a good website to book hotels as well. Very easy, accurate and fast. Will stay again at this hotel next time

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was amazing, varied and delicious. Great view of the beach in the mornings. The gym was great, again facing the beach front. However no music, just a Tv. The room was stunning, plushy bed, all amenities expected from a 4/5* including slippers, robe and fresh towels daily. Fridge, mini bar and room service with wide range of food available. It is the main hotel on the strip and right opposite from the sailing club, the hippest beach club in nha trang. Lots to eat close by. Everything is within walking distance. Dong, one of the reception staff turned up 2 hours early to his shift so he could help my brother in law get his phone fixed by a dodgy street vendor who tried to swap his iphone interior with a blocked phone. Don't trust anyone else there! Some of the rudest people we met, service without a smile in nha trang but as soon as we enter the hotel it's smiles and hello from every staff member we pass by. Definitely recommend this!!

My partner and I stayed at the Diamond Bay Resort for a night and I liked the convenient location between Airport and Nha Trang. The Resort has two beaches. One of the two is considered among the best of the Coast. You will not find better in Nha Trang where modern buldings dominate the landscape. On the contrary Diamond Bay is surrounded by mountains and nature is fabulous. I agree that the sea is not Carribbean. However the view from the the beach is really amazing. The Resort has a very long swimming-pool, spa, restaurants, free shuttle service to Nha Trang, karaoke, disco and 3D theatre. Housekeeping was very good and staff helped me a lot of and in short time. In general all employees were kind and helpful notwithstanding some problems of communication. Rooms are big and look pretty new. The Resort is not perfect. Several things may be improved but taking in consideration its price, I feel that the experience was very positive. Staff were great- very friendly.

Quite a new hotel. Visiting the second time was just as good as first. As long as they keep offering 5 star quality at this price, I'll keep this as my first choice in Nha Trang. Beachfront location on Yen Phu, a 15 miinute walk to Sailing club. Buffet breakfast is good. Rooms are new and quite well equipped. Price usually includes breakfast and internet. Best bang for buck 4-5 star hotel in Nha Trang from my experience.

The Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Spa was fabulous. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it, although Nha Trang itself is very boring so we probably wont return - in saying this the weather was terrible while we were there so if it was nice and sunny we may have seen it differently. The spa facilities are great, if you want a nice relaxing holiday then this is the place to do it - the massages were very relaxing and the sauna area was also very good. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't get to test it out because of the weather. Overall if you are looking for a spa holiday then head to the Sheraton although avoid any buffet dinners because this is where the hotel falters. We were in Nha Trang for New Years Eve and were persuaded to book the buffet dinner, we were one of four tables in the whole restaurant and the food was stale/cold by the time we were ready to eat (the staff were not refreshing the platters of food. This was a shame as we had experienced a to-die-for buffet dinner at Hotel Nikko in Saigon the week before for Christmas Day and the breakfast buffet at the Sheraton had been good so we were expecting the same for this dinner. It essentially ruined our New Years Eve celebration, the staff started packing the restaurant up before midnight... very disappointing. Anyway, great for a spa holiday would recommend it minus the buffet dinners.

We had an amazing time staying here! We stayed in a studio apartment and 3 of our friends shared a 2 bedroom apartment down the corridor. The Costa Nha Trang Residences are brand new and beautifully done up in a modern, fresh and soothing style. The balconies are large with great views of the ocean and the rooms were cleaned every day. The apartments are spacious and very nice to chill out in. The Airport transfer was excellent and the laundry service efficient and inexpensive. The pool/gym area was a little smaller than expected, as the photos on the website are actually of the Intercontinental hotel pool area as well. However the Costa pool is still lovely but only gets the sun in the mornings. We just did mornings here and then afternoons at the private beach area, two minutes-walk across the road! The Four Seasons restaurant is right next door to this, and you can eat on the beach and enjoy the beach bar. We had a very lazy and lovely time. The only thing I'd recommend is that The Costa Nha Trang put together a welcome pack/resident's guide as we had to find out through our own research that Costa guests can eat breakfast for a reduced price at the Intercontinental next door! Also it would have just been handy to have generally (times the housekeeping come/laundry service etc.) Would and probably will happily go back and luxuriate at Costa Nha Trang again.

The UMA Condotel is condominium with residents combined with hotel guests. This concept seems to be trending in Nha Trang with several other projects with a similar concept. The plan looks promising but ongoing construction & poor service is what was disappointing for us this time. While there were many empty rooms, we were given a room right facing the construction of new rooms which began early at 6am and went on through out the day. Requesting a change, we were grateful to move on day 2 to a quieter part of the building. However, there were many other apartments being outfitted during the day and it was very noisy throughout the day and difficult for a family with young children to get rested. I would suggest being more ready before accepting guests. Secondly, while there were staffs who were helpful and with good attitudes, the service needs to improve if what is being projected is a 4-5 star location. Example 1: I requested for an iron to iron a shirt for a next day wedding and was told to instead send my shirt for a service since there was no iron. There are people on AirBnB who are striving to make sure their apartments/houses are well equipped with iron, simple cooking equipment, etc and this hotel could learn from that if they are planning to attract more guests. Example 2: My brother-in-law who booked the same place was not as fortunate. He could not get it through Agoda because "no rooms were available" but used another service and paid double what I did. But worst, he was given a room facing the construction and the staff was not being understanding that he had 3 children and refused to change their rooms. In conclusion, the UMA Condotel still looks promising and there is much work to be done and we hope the management will receive this as constructive feedback.

The big impression when staying at MT-NC was the view of the Nha Trang bay from my room. I were arranged a room on high floor, that was so cool to enjoy the peaceful landscape and ocean through the window, even window was a bit dirty caused by the salty ocean breeze. Quality of the room was so good. Nice room with big bed, lazy sofa, full firnished, clean and bright. The location is super as well. MT-NC is located close to the beach, the square, coffee house, restaurants, bars (pubs)... So good to have a short walk in nighttime and so much more. I will choose your hotel again when being in Nha Trang next time (if there is still good deal on Agoda). Thanks to Agoda and the Muong Thanh Nha Trang Centre Hotel Staff.

My daughter and I have returned to Perth Australia after spending 5 wonderful nights at the Champa Island Resort, by far the best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam. On arrival we were upgraded from a Deluxe Twin River room to a top floor room overlooking not only the river but the vast pool area which was fantastic. The hotel is perfectly situated on a small island of its own, away from the hectic traffic elsewhere in Nha Trang. Open electric cars are available to transport you within the island to various facilities if required. Our stay was made special by the excellent service and attention to detail by the receptionists. On our first day Ngoc Mai kindly printed out our Air Asia boarding passes that we would require from Saigon Airport. Later we were assisted by Mr Cuong and on several occasions by the lovely Miss Thoa. We appreciated their help very much and strongly recommend this hotel Edward Rowley
