The location is very accesible and near to many places by Grab. Almost all the shopping areas from hotel cost about Rp14000.00 or about 15-20mins ride. Awesome wide spread breakfast and polite helpful service staffs at all areas. I receive a compliment welcome fruit platter on my arrival and slice cake on my birthday which they surprised me on my birthday. Room facing the pool side was awesome as the view is facing sunrise and moon at nite. Nearby food shops and minimart. All within walking distance. From airport i took the rapid train to Palembang Icon Mall station where u can shop and took Grab to 101 Hotel abt 15-20mins ride tat cost abt Rp14000.00 only. I would strongly recommend 101 hotel if u stay at palembang. Very very clean n great location. No regrets.

Emilia hotel Palembang is one of the best and luxury hotel in town and very close to Palembang Indah Mall which is one of advantages for us to shop or find dinner.The room and hotel is very clean, everything is in order and we have got free upgrade which is a very nice thing to do by manager and staff. I would like to send my special thanks to reception named Tika and the manager in charge for their kind and fast decision in refunding my money that is not used for one night there. The food is really yummy and fantastic which a lot to choose from. Hotel is still new but the staff are very professional. I will recommend to stay in this hotel, you will not be dissapointed. We wish to stay again at Emilia next time we visit Palembang.deasy.Perth-Western Australia

You get what you pay for. In a satelite city like palembang, i would expect less budget hotels. Therefore i would advice to invest a little more to get a decent stay. I was lucky to find this gem hotel amongst the other hotels. Hotel Batiqa is smaller but doesnt compromise in the room space and design. Upon stepping in the room. You experience a 5 stars resorts hotel. I was only disappointed they did not offer to exchange money for me as the entire city is closed for idul fitri celebrations. I had to ask people around city to help me. Luckily some young people in a nearby courier company offer to help. In room dining wasnt as good i expect it though. I was upgraded to a deluxe room which offered a fantastic sunset view everyday i stayed. Overall, i would recommend Batiqa if you visit Palembang for the Asian Games 2018.

This 3,5 stars hotel but it's like 4 stars. Location very nice, near Palembang culinary such pempek, mie celor, martabak har, and pindang, walking distance to Palembang Icon mall. We arrived at 10 am, they told us for waiting until 11 am, but they help us to get early check-in and upgraded us to premier room. The room are nice, spacious, king size bed, very comfortable, amenities are good. Pool view with Palembang Icon in front of our bed. Breakfast with a lot of varieties, and they served Palembang mie celor, laksa, and others at breakfast. Staff can be nicer if they can say hello and smile. We will come back, thanks Santika Radial Palembang.

i had a very nice stay at the aston palembang hotel and conference center. the room was nice and the bathroom was very clean with complete utensils. i enjoy the complete breakfast buffet menu from local dishes to international dishes. the staffs of the aston palembang hotel and conference center were also pleasant and helpful. i surely want to go back to stay at the aston palembang hotel and conference center anytime i have the chance to come to palembang again.

The location is actually quite good: not in the center of the city but on the main road, and close to the airport. Traffic in Palembang can be pretty bad (It is one of the fastest growing cities in Indonesia). There is a decent shopping mall (Palembang Town Square) next to it. One of the best features of the hotel is its design. The rooms are arranged in a circle with a beautiful swimming pool in the center. The hotel has a feel of a village but a very modern one. The rooms are very spacious, each with a big bathroom, a sofa and a view to either a very well maintained garden to the pool. The lobby has a high ceiling and open design concept. The restaurant on the ground level has also very open and light design. This is certainly a hotel for those who love big, airy, sunlight-filled open space. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast menu is great!!! Plenty of selection and they taste really nice. The traditional "bubur ayam" (chicken porridge) is delicious. The staff are all very courteous, friendly and helpful. I have stayed here every time I went to Palembang, and will stay here again.

Breakfast is buffet I suggest however to include a variety for tourists like scrambled eggs, saussages or pancakes. The noise from hallways can be heard in room. Botheresome for business travelers or vacationers. TV programs are limited for English programs. Lots of mosquito in lobby. Better to enclose the coffee shop - dinning area. They did were not able to give me the room I wanted though but I managed. Location is close to shopping malls. Accessible to a lot of places. Overall, it was OK.

This hotel is outstanding value for money for a Western traveller. Central location, easy to get to from the incredible Light Rail that runs from the airport. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself cannot be faulted. But it lets itself down on a couple of area's .T e first is the breakfast. There are big stainless steel bowls of food with burners underneath to keep the food warm but they are not lit so the food is cold. The other problem is no hot water. It is just warm. But it is still a great little place to stay in the hectic pace of Palembang.

We have stayed several times at Wyndham OPI Hotel and the service matches the predicate of embedded stars. It's just that I experienced a little difficulty when trying to get into a special guest wifi network. A little input so that the hotel can make improvements to improve service standards. However, I would still recommend Wyndham OPI Hotel Palembang if you want to stay in the Jakabaring Sports City area.

Everything was as I had expected until I found two things. Bad wifi and the service. They didn’t clean up the room eventhough I already put the sign, on the front door. They said I should have left the key wich was I didnt get told before. Anyway, these could be changed, so I would may come back again when I have chance to visit Palembang again in the future. it is an okay hotel if you're not a fussy person. the toilet has mould on the ceilings and tiles, the chair in the room was broken, the access card is permanently built into the wall, so you cannot turn off the light above the bed when you want to sleep. If you want to stay here, you need an eye mask. I asked for a room without a window so there was not much noise disturbance. The towels are greyish as they are not new but they are clean. only Indonesian TV channels available. We did not see any non-local guests. The bed was a little shaky, probably very well used. The location was good, a few strides away from Cinde LRT and opposite Palembang Indah Mall which sells alot of mobile phone products and accessories.This is not the main mall in Palembang though. The main mall, Palembang Icon mall and Palembang Square are about 30 minutes walk by slow walk or 10 minutes by car. for the price we paid, I must say that the hotel is satisfactory PS: there was coffee at the reception

Actually, this is not my first time to select Grand Zuri. Since the first time I visited Palembang, I have been always staying in Grand Zuri. So far as I remember, the first time I went to Palembang, I did not make a reservation in Grand Zuri and it was fully booked that day. I felt terribly worried since it was almost 7:00Pm, and it was raining outside. But the receptionist tried her best to find another hotel. Deeply appreciate their kindness and consideration. I will always choose Grand Zuri once I visit Palembang in the future.

+ - the super helpful and kind staff. The lady working reception booked us a gocar for our 5am ride to the airport and certainly had the best google translate use trying to arrange breakfast for us before 5 and to make sure we were all alright. Incredible warmth and very helpful! - the softest blanket in months and a well working aircon made for a short but very good night sleep. - towels and soap and tissues provided - a water dispenser - close enough to the airport - - a lot of mosquitoes so I would have loved a net, but others might just want the use more spray (which they had most likely just used before we got into the room)

Good : Location is near to Jakabaring sport city, no traffic at this side. Room is clean. Ac works good. Only 4-5 mosquitoes per night I had to kill. Bad : Mannerless staff. In the morning someone will try to open the door and it's too loud that we wake up scared. Everyday is the same despite complaining about it to the reception. They cannot control students/old people who keep their rooms opened all time and talk loudly. Staff is noisy as well coming to our door and shouting about our personal details. Good room, very poor management. Bathroom gets flooded within a min and have to wait another 15-30 min for another bath. We caught up owner (yes owner) was in our room without our consent. We went out and came back seeing he is inside our room. When asked he said he is the owner, and confirmed this with reception. He said he has right to check the room anytime he wants. We were shocked by his attitude and ashamed as our inners were on bed, kept on drier and in bathroom.

Very good location, nearby alot of local restaurant and shopping mall (Internasional Mall and Palembang Indah Mall. Just 15 minutes walk to Musi River, Ampera Bridge, Mosque, Muzium. Not far to Pasar Cinde and just next to Sunday Morning Bazar/Market. Breakfast is not a buffet but the staff will serve for you when you ask. Hotel lobby and dinning area very smelly with local ciggerate. The superior room is just ok, but the toilet no sink amd difficult to brush teeth. The hotel provided only one set toilettes and one towel which is two of us in the room. wifi only available in the hotel lobby and dinning area. I don't see any other foreign tourist at this hotel during my stay, mostly local tourist. The front desk staff helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for budget traveller only.
