"Great hotel! We arrived in the middle of the night and our room was ready. It was very clean and the breakfast was great! The only thing was that in winter, it can get cold during the night, but their blanket are warm enough."

"standard hotel, very clean, nice breakfast with real orange juice and above average (for bolivia) coffee. free wifi, even in our second-floor bedroom but not very fast. local tours available, 3-hour horseriding took a long time to get to but was good value. the biggest issue was that we booked online through agoda requesting an early check-in as we were arriving by the 4am train and had booked only for the following night. no reply to our request... the early check-in policy is only displayed on the back of the bedroom door and states that for check-ins between midnight and 6:30am, a full night is due. had we known that, we would have waited somewhere else in tupiza. since we didn't get a reply to our request and weren't aware of the policy before checking in, we asked to pay one night and a half, which seemed fair. the staff didn't agree, said the manager was unavailable and wouldn't let us go on our 4-day tour booked through them until we paid more. in the end, we paid one night and three quarters, not what we wanted but better than two nights."
