1. No extra person staying overnight without prior notice. 2. Please do not wear shoes in the house. 3. Use with care on all facilities. 4. No smoking in the house. 5. Turn off air-cond when you leave the house. 6. Please wash all the kitchenware after used and throw the rubbish daily to the dustbin provided which locate at infront of the house. Kindly maintain the house nicely and in clean condition for your comfortable stay. 7. Please do not bring the sands into house, you shall clear the sands from your clothes and shoes outside of the house. 8. Respect our neighbours by not creating noise after 2200hrs, especially midnight and early morning. 9. Always keep you valueable with you and do not leave it in house without attention. All reponsibility is assumed for custody. 10. Please cherish all facilities in the house and its are not allowed to take away from the house. The guest shall pay the full price for any damage or lost. We appreciate for your co-operations.

we came in a group with elderly and kids. the house is very comfortable and spacious. satisfactory hygiene. very worthwhile for maximum savings. the distance to the desaru coast is also not far. peaceful environment as it is located in housing area with security.

Decent stay overall”

The location itself was very quiet and clean which was nice for a family of 7, the house was big and had alot of space for my kids to roam. However we had 2 main issues. We were unable to retrieve the key from the lock box as it was stuck and we spent a good amount of time trying to open it up. It was frustrating because I had young children with me and I was hot outside as well. We were also unable to contact the homestay owner as well as agoda staff. We advised home owner to use a digital lock instead. One more issue was the water pressure for the shower which was really extremely low. It was hard to take a shower with such low amount of pressure. Fridge also had a bad smell, recommend not to off the fridge and clean it thoroughly.Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the facilities. If you are looking for a spaceous stay that has shops nearby you should consider this option.

Great family stay”

The homestay was fantastic for our family. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness was great. Kitchen facilities only basic, just don't have rice cooker. Bbq area, were well maintained. Overall, it offered great value for money.
