The water chalet is very clean and well keep. Have a big bath tube which can accomadate 2 person. The owner is very friendly and allow early check in and late check out. Will book this water chalet again when I'm in PD.

stayed at unit 030L which is located away frm the land.chk in and out is easy. not many restaurant nearby need to travel by car. rcommended to go to Bagan Pinang at night for cheap food stalls. If on Saturday night, go to Batu 4 night market

this is the right room for family with little children. rhey provide extra single matress, sejadah, pillow if u need to. cleanliness is 9/10, u need to clean your toilet more. others is ok.

Location a bit inland, need a car to travel around. This room is in Lexis but a private management. Stayed in 065. Curtain area very dusty. Blood stain on floor mat, hair in bathroom, had a lizard in room. Cleanliness needs a big time improvement. Not worth my 300/night at all. The good side, the Lexis vibe and maintenance on the ground, bed, bathtub and overall design. Kinda loved and hated this place.

we arrived at the lobby 6.30pm. We were made to wait at the lobby for 1 hour with our 3 months old hungry cranky baby before the person in charge arrive to show us to our room. please improve on this .otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Room is clean and both of us felt relaxed when resting at the balcony. Wifi connection service is an added bonus and quite unexpected. Almost has no negative point to talk about our stay. Will consider to come in future.

The room and its furnishing were rather old. The heater wasn't hot. The bathing area isn't really clean, with stains.

Main door latch for room 077 is broken. The sliding door towards the balcony is broken too and totally not lockable.

private arrangement btwn the host and the guest, need to ring the host before check in. room okay. no housekeeping and changeable towels, toiletries, coffee tea for guest staying more than two days.

It a private ownership already, not maintain by Lexis anymore. At the lobby I thought I can get my room number and then I was asked to wait outside to wait for the owner to whatsapp my room number. Honestly I feel uncomfortable and not as I expected.
