모든것이 엉망이다.”

이 호텔이 과연 하얏트가 맞는지 의문이다.직원들,위생상태,모든것이 최악이다.체그인이 4시이고,체크아웃이 12시이다.보통 호텔은 2시가 아닌가?나는 어디에도 체크인이 4시라는 것을 본적이없다.체크인하는데,3시간 기다렸다.그리고 호텔방은 너무 추웠다.온도를 35도로 맞춰도 방안은 계속 20도였다.나는 에어컨바람이 나오는지 알았다.외부로 연결된 배란다문도 잠금장치가 고장났다.내가 잠든 틈에 누가 들어와도 모를수 있는 위험한 상황이다.모든직원들의 옷차림,태도 다 최악이었다.가장 좋았던건 호텔주변에 있는 만리장성이었다.아침식사퀄리티도 좋았다.제발 하얏트 이름에 걸맞게 개선되길 바란다.
