Rooms are spacious. Facilities ample. Grounds are beautiful. Easily accessible to la Vella town. Forget staying in hotels 'in town' - you'll love the space here. Hesperia was an excellent choice to stay in La Vella. Location is perfect - close to everything you need in La Vella. Rooms are very big, very clean and very comfortable. Room is a bit small otherwise everything else is good! breakfast is enough to start your day, comfortable bed and good size shower room! Location is in the smack of Andorra La Vella shopping area, no complain. Starbucks and Hard Rock Cafe are just 3 mins walking from the front door of the hotel, halal food available not far from the hotel too.

It's nested at the old town. 7mins walk to national bus( international buses). 5 mins walk to the local bus station (for local transport). 5 mins walk to the supermarket which is near to the bus station. 10mins walk to the shopping area. Cleanroom and helpful staff, the only thing is the pub open till morning 3am, it's bit noisy specially in weekend.

Expensive for what it is ,,,bad simple food ! Chinese property.

Check in process was a nightmare - Grumpy, rude, inhospitable and unfriendly front desk guy. Clumps of dust and dirt everywhere in the room - looks like it hasn't been vacummed in a month. Location was the only redeeming factor as it was right in the city with easy access to stores and restaurants. Certainly not worth the money paid.

The breakfast was so-so, no vegs at all. Pay attention it's not allowed parking in front of the hotel (the sign is in the continuation of the road...) hard to understand that especially in bad weather conditions - getting fine of 30 EUROs

The hotel is a very comfortable, clean and nice place. It's only at 5 min driving from Andorra la Vella and it's very well conected to other villages. The staff is also very nice, polite and giving excellent service.

Having a car is best. Lots of free public carparking very close. Nice bar in the complex. I loved all the different activities on offer. Skiing, horse riding, shopping & hiking to name a few. So much fun!

My room was spacious and comfortable with a mountain view. Breakfast was ok and it was nice having a bath. Only downside is the wifi did not reach my room

Hotel was well located to access the ski slopes (100 m walk) and close to bars and restaurants. We went half board and for the additional cost was very good value for breakfast and dinner. The cost booked from Agoda was actually less than other sites and included dinner. Parking was available on site fr daily fee 16 Euro. Ski storage was on site at no additional cost. ...

the hotel is situated right between the city center where the bus stops, and the slopes; 5 minutes to both. the room was compact, but very comfortable with plenty of closet space for snow gears. the manager was very friendly and professional.

even though the english almost not exist among the professional service, they are very welcoming and warm. a great place to stay at, 5 minutes walk from the lifts. you want regret. if you have your car on site, the parking will cost you 12euro per day. enjoy!

The place was fantastic. Well presented and had all we wanted. Wifi and parking was extra but there was milk juice and water in the fridge. If I had the option of staying in a place like this at every city I visited I would take it every time

Apartment is great for what it is. Personally I wouldn't want more than 2 people sharing but if you don't mind being a bit cramped it would be fine. After booking the owner emailed us to know more details on how we would get there, where the jkeys were, the code to the entrance door. We have informed about late arrival. All was clean and warm. There is parking in front of the door. Not paid. Internet works and its free. I recomend and will go back for sure.
