Best hotel in Bolivia for us! The staff is so nice, they are the best! Very comfortable beds, very good location, clean, a lot of bathrooms (we never waited for one), hot water, toilet paper, excellent wifi.

It is spelled Nawpa, with a squiggly line over the N. Located on Espania St, in the midst of two blocks of classic antique shops and a half dozen okay nightclubs.

Staff was very kind and helpful. It is 15 min from la plaza 24 de septiembre and there is lots of stand in the street where you can buy fresh fruits. Cleanliness was not top but ok for the price. It can be noisy in the evening-night.

I was a bit afraid when I read the reviews but this hostel is really good! Confortable beds, hot showers, wifi doesn't work sometimes and is bad in rooms but it's quite good in the receptiob. Good breakfast. Quiet location, not central but just 5 minutes walk from the main street

Good place to stay in the middle of the tourist area. The receptionist are really friendly and helpful of everything you might ask about. It was not very soundproof in our room since there was a big glitch under the door, but we also paid for the cheapest room so could probably not expect more. Hot water in the shower. Perla Negra is located very close to the Bus Terminal atop a hill. The rooms are kinda small and the Internet is ok. The hotel is in the Main Street of tour agency. Very easy to look around for trip info, restaurant, and money exchange. The room is clean, and shower is hot. Breakfast is good too.

Hostel Ananay is in this beautiful old colonial house on a quiet pedestrian street. It's in a perfect location in the center of town, walkable to everything. The staff speak perfect English, are very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is on the high end of standard for what you get in La Paz. Also the showers are wonderful, which is a huge bonus in Bolivia.

The little rooms are hardly enough however, the big room we stayed in was generous (we did not stay in the wagons). Very good value for money. Brand new. Limited English but communication was still ok and very friendly.

This hotel was a bit more expensive than other hotels in the area but it had hot water and a good breakfast. They did turn off the internet at 10 pm which was annoying for those of us that stay up later. They offered a heating unit but ours did not work. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was more than most hotels had offered in Bolivia.

The pre booked single room was not available upon late arrival. They offered me a bed in a very smelly and not really clean dormitory room. Female staff very unfriendly and not helpful at all. She tried to blame me that it was my fault due to the late arrival. Left to find some room to sleep. Lucky enough found a fantastic place. Therefore avoid Casa Blanca Hostel.

Great hotel! We arrived in the middle of the night and our room was ready. It was very clean and the breakfast was great! The only thing was that in winter, it can get cold during the night, but their blanket are warm enough.

During out month long trip in 3 countries in South America, Hostal Sucre Hotel would be the best accommodation we have stayed in, even compared with hotels of double the price.
