Very nice hotel and really great staff but I had one problem. I was told off for laughing !

i stayed here for couple of times already. each time is giving me different experience. talking about the facility, cleanliness, staff hospitality, BW Premier Accra Airport has always met up the standard. this time, my room was upgraded to a more spacious king size bed. thank you so much. really enjoyed my stay. Recommended hotel !!

We enjoyed evevery bit of this hotel. Good food, good Internet connection, good service excellence. From the moment we arrived u till we let it was one pampering experience after another by the extreamly polite and cheerfully staff. We we recommend given a free uprated from our standard room to a larger and spacious room to accommodate an extra bed for our 11years old...

The Monarch Hotel Staff were very accommodating making our long stay pleasurable. I would not mind going back to this hotel on our next visit to Accra. One improvement that can be done though is the time to prepare breakfast. Sometimes it took us an hour to get our breakfast, so we had to call way earlier in advance to have it prepared.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, Awesome Breakfast Buffet . Place Of Convenience .

Staff were courteous and helpful ( Vincent in the restaurant, Emmanuel and Enoch at front desk). Pool area is beautiful and exceptionally managed. The sea breeze by the pool side was super relaxing. The room and bathroom were luxurious. Loved the meals: delicious with a wide variety. Truly a beautiful and peaceful place. Highly recommended!

The room was very cozy and clean. All of the staffs are kind. The view is also nice. Swimming pool was little deep to me but clean. The bar in grondfloor is good and breakfast is delicious. I will visit this hotel again.

Very accommodating and friendly staff in every department of the hotel. Felt very comfortable asking questions and they were extremely helpful and polite. The courtesy shuttle to the airport was a wonderful service.

The staff are EXCELLENT. This is why I keep returning. However the OWNERS, not the management, need to improve and update the rooms. For example the carpet in my suite was stained, and the top sheets were frayed. I also put a request in for a vegan diet, yet I had to go out and buy my own non-dairy creamer for tea/coffee and was unable to have cereal on the first day, ...

Horrible customer service!

overall i enjoyed my stay in holiday inn accra. it is very close to the airport and just right beside a new mall, marina mall which was opened recently. room is decent and food is good.

I have been travelling to Accra for many years and haven't stayed at this hotel. I was recommended by a friend and I was very impressed with this hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I travel back to Accra.

there was a bad odour from this hotel as the work was going on with paint wood n all. food is not soo great either.

There is not much available in Accra in this price range. Tribeca fills a mid-range need, breakfast and dinner included is also a big plus.

terrible left after one day I arrived after my flight was met with miserable staff drinking coffee they had no booking for me I had a few minerals and they charged top prices. they also omitted to give me change of money presented Overall i would not , as a foreigner stay here for anything

with exception of the food and the service at the restaurant, i can say that our stay was satisfactory.

Spacious room, clean, value for money. Good location, there are good eating places nearby, but it's in the quite area of Accra. Cleanliness of the water in the swimming pool can be improved. And as I found in a lot of places in Africa, it's not easy to get a hair dryer.

Stayed for 5 days and it was one complaint to the next. Wifi didn't work in the room and we had to always come to the reception to get connected. Hotel management could not fix that until we left. Breakfast was forced on you. No choice at all. You either eat what they have or you starve. A lot of the equipments didn't work properly. The gym had equipments that were old...

Tv remote was not working. Breakfast relatively basic. Location is good for Accra

The hotel is very laid back and cosy and overall very nice. When traveling with children though it does not really have child facilities and the lack of an in house restaurant was also problematic for us. Turned up at the hotel ! The Agoda price was not the price the hotel wanted me to pay . The first room we stayed in was Terrible . So after threatening to stay else where . Was upgrade to a different room . After that there were a few small problems. But nothing major . The hotel manager said they will not deal with Agoda or booking .com. again. So i doubt this rev...

The beds sheets are not clean. The bathroom leaks. The pictures posted on website have nothing to do with how the place looks like
