The lobby is very good and spacious. There are multiple eateries nearby and makkah mall is also not that far. The room was not that good as expected and as it should have been after seeing the lobby. This is our second stay. I booked & pay through Agoda to check if the system is working and it worked. The staff are nice and accommodating as usual. Big space with lots of amenities - good value for money. Its just a bit noisy on the ground floor room. You can hear the screaming on the hallway inside your room.

As the workshop I was attending was in this hotel, it was convenient. Close to airport was a plus point. Good wifi connection. Breakfast consisted of western and middle east varieties. It was a very pleasant stay. It will be a memorable for its cleanliness. Very decent breakfast. Not too much crowd as you may expect in many hotels. Only hotel in Hail with best, everything. 20mins drive from city centre Quite place and relaxing. Staff at their best and want to mention specially about waiter Alim, he was more than fantastic and did a great job every morning at breakfast by taking care of my favorite customised omelet and Karak tea.
