Quiet room, central location, excellent cleanliness and security! Very close to public transportation and 15 min walk to most tourist boating and scuba centers. Friendly staff who speak many languages including English and Chinese. Good WiFi in public area and in room. Free breakfast and hot drinks! Management goes out of their way to show unexpected hospitality. The street-level entrance is where one can observe the hustle and bustle of this busy part of town while the 2nd and 3rd floors (where the hotel is actually located) are a bright oasis: welcoming and clean.

The best thing was the owner. He will drive u around tk help u get to restaurants and jetty. very comfortable homestay too. BUT dont eat at the tawakal rstaurant under the homestay. my wife got a stomach ache sfter that!!

Thank you for the warm hospitality, the owner even arranged transportation for us to the nearby dive shop. The room was clean, comfortable, and the service was attentive! Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Semporna.

We stayed here one night before leaving for mabul. It's clean and the stuff is super helpful, you can even do laundry there! On the other hand we had one big cockroach in the bathroom but once we took care of that everything was fine!

Really nice guesthouse”
The rooms here are beautifully done and so clean, they are compact but are well designed not to feel too cramped. Staff are really friendly. Breakfast was really disappointing as every day you are given something with meat in it, therefore not even taking into consideration if you are vegetarian. Discrimination to not include something that everybody can have. Despite the breakfast overall a good stay.

A good base ”
Good base, only 10 min walk to jetty which is where boat trips go from and 3 min from atm (quite often very long queue). Room itself was simple, very clean (bit rough round edges but all clean) communal area was kept clean although some dish soap would have been nice. The street it is on isn't the nicest, you have to go through big metal gate and then an aluminium door, which is a but confusing and daunting at first. Staff very helpful and friendly and allowed us to leave our bags there. Overally, a good place to stay if you need somewhere cheap, all very clean and comfortable.

The room is not too spacious, but good enough for taking rest, got a private bathroom. The owner and staff are pretty friendly and helpful. We had a great time to stay there. Just 10 minutes walk to the pier and grocery store and restaurants around the area.

我們是當天午餐時才訂酒店的，幸好比我們訂到，性價比是一流，服務態度也是超好，重點是乾淨！還包了早餐。雖然沒有窗，但我們覺得沒所謂啊，最重要乾淨，而且夜市也不遠，慢慢行15分鐘就可到，食飽了，行下好舒服

位置很方便，楼下有健身房和吃饭的地方。离码头步行10分钟左右，每天早上会有人开车送过去，非常周到了。而且每天都有早饭。老板人很好的，能说中文和马来语，也可以跟老板预定潜水什么的。虽然房间有点小，但是很干净整洁。
