Responsive in the conversation, the host took good initiative to share info upon booking and responded timely for all the inquiries. Good space for a group of friends, 10 minutes driving distance to both Tanjung Balau and Desaru beach.

The location is good. Anyway, there are areas need to be improve: About the cleanliness: Sandy floor and there is cockroach on bed. Fan too dirty. Feedback given: 1. Suggest a blockage in the master bathroom after shower 2. No enough socket. Only one socket per room. Especially for kitchen. Should provide extension. Distance between dining table & socket location too far. The cable of induction cooker provided too short to reach the dining table. Cannot use hotpot on dining table. 3. Will be good if can provide water filtration/ water dispenser. 4. Will be good if spare insect repellent/pesticide 5. Only master room got rubbish bin. Will be good if can provide rubbish bin for each room. Overall the cleaning can be improved.

I recently booked this homestay during CNY, but due to a sudden flood, we were unable to reach the location. The owner disappeared and never replied to my messages, and informed to Agoda not to refund. This left us in a difficult situation as we were unable to find alternative option. The lack of response and cooperation from the owner was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I do not recommend booking this homestay, as it appears the owner is unreliable and unwilling to assist in the event of unexpected circumstances. Proceed with caution.

The worst homestay I have ever been to”
Ive stayed there for 2 nights with my team due to work. This is the worst homestay i have ever been to. 1. It is very dirty. Falling hair and duat everywhere. 2. The sofa not even safe for someone to sit at is its broken. 3. The mattress is so not comfortable u cant even sleep as it is smelly and it settle down in the middle. 4. All the pillows smells like peoples body odur This place is a no no. Agoda should banned this from agoda homes.
