The hotel was okay... we came to report on the floods so room service was out of food — understandable. The pool and gym were closed.

Dated and antique style rooms with large bath”
The stay was not that great considering the rooms are furnished with rather old victorian style, heavy and antique sofas and beds. The hotel is located near the industrial parks. The room was very big and quite fairly priced. Staff can understand very little english and when I requested them to bring me a certain scented pillow from the Pillow-menu, they send someone to the room with a 'Bill'.

Nice 5 Stars Hotel in Zhengzhou!! Location is excellent as it is in the nicer part of town. Breakfast is very good from authentic chinese to western choice. Nothing to complain about! The Concierge is very attentive and one of the best I experienced in China.

Fabulous Service in fading elegance”
Helpful from before check-in (when I received excursion help and boarding of my larger bags) to getting an airport taxi. From Housekeeping to the Assistant Manager, this hotel staff gives meaning to the word "service." Sadly they are not well informed for the tourist who needs help on museums, specialty shopping, or other tourist services. The entire place needs a face-lift and makes it's mark as a convention/adoption service center; but this is NOT to distract from the overall favorable impression. At the Agoda price, it is a most worthwhile place to be.

A not that modern one”
The Crowne Plaza in Zhengzhou was surprisingly old, located in an only 3 floor building. Considering the recent development of Zhengzhou I expected a rather brand-new building / hotel. Nevertheless, the service was good and the rooms / amenities were clean. The breakfast sadly didn't match the CP's usual standard. It has to be said that Zhengzhou lacks a proper alternative, so the CP is still the best shot in my opinion.

Absolutely first rate, friendly, helpful staff”
Room on floor three west wing large, comfortable, huge bathroom. Comfortable bed. Main thing is the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff. They never seem to be in a hurry to go somewhere else - they stay with you until they are sure you are fixed (eg getting a taxi, understanding the map of Zhengzhou). And the seafood buffet at night was simply the best I've had (and that includes the Sofitel around the corner). The swimming pool is large, clean and well lit. Great place to stay.

A peaceful retreat in this bustling noisy city”
we like to stay in crowne plaza hotels when in china and when possible because they have the most comfortable beds, not a common find in chinese hotels. this was our first time in zhengzhou and we were not disappointed with this cp. the staff were, without exception, friendly and welcoming. the room although not as large as some was well appointed, clean and comfortable. we had no complaints about this experience at all.

Old Hotel, not really worth the money paid.”
The hotel is a nice hotel, one of the top in town. But for the price paid, really expect a bigger room with newer furnishings. There is cable internet in the room, but no wifi. The good thing is, the staffs speak English reasonably well (which is a rarity in Zhengzhou) and very, very helpful too. When I checked out during evening peak hours, the concierge dragged my luggage for me out into the main road (some 50 metres away)to help me to get a taxi.

Great location, but hotel a little old”
Hotel is a little old for the price paid. But the little touches made a difference. The Concierge was very helpful, there was turndown service and a fruit plate daily. The area was quite convenient as it was on the main road.

Great service from staff”
this hotel is situated in a location that house alot of other hotels as well.the rooms that was given to me was a 2 storey room that had the living room in level 1 and the sleeping room in level 2. it was quite an experience that i could stay in such a big room. it happened that it was my birthday during my stay in this hotel and a birthday cake accompanied by the staff was given to me to my suprise. it is indeed a great customer experience.

スタッフ一人ひとりの対応が非常によく快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食が非常にできがよく、期待以上でした。部屋も快適に過ごすことができ非常に満足のいくものでした。しかし、バウチャーを持って行ったのにもかかわらず、ホテル側に宿泊代を請求されそうになったのはびっくりしました。
