The check in process and courteous hospitality just amazes me. It’s my second time to Desaru for work and this place makes everything fast and convenient although the location is off the main town area. Love the comfortable room and it is notably clean. Must note that the toilet is clean as well. My ideal sanctuary was the balcony, a great place for quiet moments while you enjoy the view and breezes. Managed to swim a few laps at the side pool away from the crowds of main pool feels great as well since I really need the workout. Beautiful long beach to stroll along. I will definitely come back to this place with my family. Recommended to young parents.

Great hospitality from Host”
It's a perfect location to enjoy the Sunrise from the private beach side. The room was clean, they even prepare a mini store inside the room where you can easily access with foods and drinks when you lazy to travel a bit further. Totally a great place for someone like you want to stay away from crowd and just to enjoy the beach, swimming pool and Sunrise.

The room is clean and balcony facing pool view. Aircon function well. Host is friendly and she provides us lots of info regarding eateries and interesting places. The beach is just in front of the apartment within walking distance, beach is clean. Worth the price.

This place is GREAT!!! I have some worries after my booking as some of the reviews were not pleasing. However, during my stay, the staff is very helpful and friendly, she even helped my request to order a cake from outside to surprise my wife birthday! Good job!!! My wife is extremely particular about cleanliness every time we travel. This place cleanliness is exceptional good and we are very delighted with such cleanliness as we have young children. View from the balcony is AWESOME as it is facing the swimming pool and the garden. The weather is good so we were lucky to see sun rise from the ocean in the early morning. We really enjoyed our stay here! Keep up the good work and we will definitely come back again!!!

The whole transaction was a smooth one. Room was very clean and bedsheets were clean and crisp. By foot we can walk to the beach within 3 minutes. My boys love the swimming pool as well!

Toilet bad smell and aircorn very dusty”
The apartment toilet is smelly and the aircorn is very dirty with lots of dust as i try to adjust. The room itself is very basic and the environment facility is good.

Were accused of cracking their glass door after we check out. And were demanded rm500. Totally unfair and felt that its their way to forfeit my deposit. Hope the higher management of agoda can look into this matter

Dear John, Thank you for your feedback, We are regret that this incident had happened as room is left in good faith and perfect condition prior to your check in, upon property inspection we noticed that the glass door had cracked hence we had no choice but to request compensation in accordance to the bill we received. Deposit was forfeited as smoking is not allowed in our unit but traces of cigarettes was found in the unit. We already liaised with Agoda regarding this issue.
