The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was spacious and equipped with everything necessary. There is a system where you can freely take any additional amenities you need from the lobby. The location is central in Ginza, making it walkable to Tokyo Station, Tsukiji Market, and Don Quijote in Ginza. Above all, even though my journey was to come to Haneda Airport and then go to Narita Airport, the location is ideal for traveling to both airports. “Perfect!”
I don't know how old this hotel is, but everything in the hotel, from the rooms to the bathrooms, is brand new and clean.
