Excellent Value and Service”
So glad we chose this hotel, it made our stay in Dengfeng. Excellent value for money when you take into account breakfast and the fabulous kung fu show. The restaurant was delicious and the customer service outstanding with lots of little extras like a rose, biscuits before bed, king fu monk figures left in the room for the kids. Also the pillows were really comfortable!

I had an interesting stay at this hotel from the start with the mini bar fridge locked and language issues with reception requesting a key to unlock it! Breakfast was ok but not enough variety, especially if you wanted to load up after no dinner the previous night due to a night of travelling. I requested a room over looking the area where the kids dk their kung fu training, this was not delivered, so a bit disappointing for me. Whilst the staff were pleasant they do need a bit more customer service, especially if struggling with english language because they are meeting westerners, whether they like it or not......we have to!!

过年住的”
因为酒店春节调价，AGODA帮助协调，以原来价格入住，AGODA还是很可信赖的。不过看中的是酒店有武术表演，结果过年期间说是出国演出去了，比较遗憾，没有看到，带着老人孩子，本来就是冲着表演来的。地理位置不错，第二天一早去的少林寺，很方便。
