COZY HOME HOUSE RULES: As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. Since we are a community striving for the same goal of providing a great experience for our guests, I thought I would share it with you all. Be aware that our check in time is flexible, however the check out time is before 2 pm. - No shoes within the house. - Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, to avoid of disturbing other resident - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. -We would really appreciate it if you do not stick any object on the wallpaper and wall as it was placed there to make the place presentable to our guests. - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. - We have recently added different card games and board games for our guest's entertainment. Please return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay. -Barbecue grill is outside the property that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. It will be RM 150 charged for the Barbecue grill renting. Please keep the grill clean after use. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. - Please do not rearrange our furniture. -CCTV is apply outside the property, if host find out there is the outside visitor stay overnight in the property, cleaning fee will be charged per outside visitor. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. -CCTV is apply outside the property, once the host find out there are any house accessories have been stealing, there will request for the extra penalty.

The house is neat but very dirty When I opened the door, I felt that the house was neat and big, and the place was good, but it seems that there was no one to clean it for a while. A large number of insects such as flying insects, geckos, spiders, ants, and a few large cockroaches. In addition, the room sheets were dirty and could not be described. The sheets are really dirty and there are a lot of geckos! Do you even have to change the sheets? In the corners of the rooms and toilets, there are flying insects, geckos and spider webs of unknown origin. The remote control of the air conditioner can not be used. It is not necessary to adjust the temperature, and the battery is not changed at all. The kitchen unexpectedly, the tiles of the kitchen cabinet suddenly fell down and caught my friend's feet. Disappointed and disappointed. If the guest's money, they should be given reasonable and comfortable. I contacted the person in charge but did not reply to me, not responsible homeowner.

整洁非常差劲”

房子长期无人居住，刚到的时候整个房子很脏，还有许多死掉的昆虫，厕所灯也坏了，冷气也不冷。联络了负责人也要等到傍晚才有人来打扫，但他也不会更换灯泡也不会维修冷气，因此还是靠自己吧。那个地区的房子不错，很大，但是就是希望房东能注意一下问题，有客人来之前先打扫一次。

非常糟糕的一次住宿经验…要订的人请三思！外面杂草丛生根本就没打理…里面更是蟑螂多到……wifi也根本连接不上…所谓的projector…astro也根本没网线用不上…厕所里的水不够供应，还会洗澡一半没水…说到房间更是恐怖，除了设计还行…整洁完全不行…床单不知道多久没更换…全是灰尘昆虫大便…晚上睡觉还会痒到醒来的那一种…通知屋主就告诉你靠近countryside…他们provide了杀虫剂👎🏻根本就是非常糟糕的住宿经验…完全不值得这个价钱
