The villa is located at a very convenient place. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. 10 mins driving to water park or to the place watching firefly. The landlord is friendly and allow us to check out late.

I booked this homestay for my aunty and his friends who is all elderly people. They check in on 22 May till 23 May. The Karaoke is not functioning. The TV not functioning and the aircond are not cold (only wind). No toilet paper in the house and house cleaniness are poor. Many rubbish behind the house such as painting material, painting can and some other rubbish. At the same day, they contacted host and host self offered for RM200 compensation due to this 3 issues. After they check out on 23 May, my aunty did a video recording to host to inform that they are preparing to check out and everything is in the same condition as the day check in. On 25th of May, the host texted my aunty and ask whether she aware or not that one of the window are broken. Host said she is not blaming, she is just asking. My aunty said she not aware and then she not replying. On 31 May (which is 5 days after they checkout) host is informing my aunty that RM200 will no longer in compensation because the karaoke/TV/broken window (that not caused by my aunty) need to be repaired and caused the house cannot rent out few days.

Short circuit twice. Once when checked in. Second when returned trip from outside. Feedback to host but host put the fault on us. A lot of ants at dining area. The place is not well maintained. There are some non-working fans and lights. Only thing I like is only the location which is a few mins drive to the eateries.
