The Zuela Guesthouse and Restaurant is probably the best place to stay in Luang Namtha, it is very conveniently located in an small alley a few steps from the main road almost in front of the Night Market. This guesthouse is lovely, and has a range of accommodations. I stayed in a cheaper single room and it was an excellent deal. The staff are extremely kind, it is in the middle of Luang Namtha, and it is comfortable for the price. I would stay here again.

Beautiful room with views on the fields, at the same time close to a cheap market and main city street. The hosts were very helpful, when i needed to fix the water heater and the TV. The bathroom is simple but this is the case of most accomodations in Laos.

We had a comfortable stay. WIFI was strong and reliable. It is right smack in the middle of Luang Namtha city centre. Easy access to the tour agencies and the local markets.

The accommodation was all right. Room was same like in the picture. Staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t even speak with us,just gave us the keys. You can find for same price in the centre without booking .

I wanted 10 days away from the crowds, to be in nature and have a tranquil time. This was the ideal place, next to the river with very little noise. The bungalows are simply beautiful, well-made, clean and very comfortable. I came away totally refreshed !

Overall a very bad experience, charged on site for room, missed bus next day due to poor staff communication, no food available, staff could not even direct me to an ATM

Make a long story short don't stay here. It was cheap 10usd a night but the owner had no idea what agoda was gave us a room which I think was a hourly room due to the picture of a naked woman on the tile in the bathroom and never got any help about the area.
