the room is clean and the hotel staff are friendly except they speak very little english. morning can be noisy with the loud speakers next door blasting laos music or some announcements non-stop. a convenient hotel for those who travelled by bus to pakse (especially reached pakse in the night) as it is located nearer to the bus station.

The room itself was good, it was big and clean, also the bathroom. The location was central in Pakse, close to several restaurants, rentals and shops. The only thing we did not like was the staff: they are not really friendly or helpful and it seemd we disturbed them with being there.

This hotel is good value as Pakse is an expensive town to stay. It is also a building site and so is this hotel. My room was finished and very nice. My friends had a twin which was not so nice but in due course will be renovated. the place was very simple which met all our needs. Room was clean and was a great location. We wanted to be away from the crowd but still have places to wander and walk to which is exactly what we did!

Its a really lovely hotel. Owner made us feel like we where home again after being 6 months on the road. Higly recommended this place for your stay if you are in town.
