Bel hôtel mais,personnel totalement incompétent”

Spacieux, confortable, calme

Un.petit cauchemar. L'hôtel est trés bien. Les chambres spacieuses et confortables. Tout devrait donc aller. Hélas un personnel totalement incompétent gâche tout avec pourtant de la bonne volonté. On ne parle quasiment que Lao, on ne connaît rien de la ville et donc aucun renseignement possible, restaurant toujours fermé, petit déjeuner trés problématique (on vous sert d'aitorité un truc différent et sans goût chaque matin, pas de choix possible), coupures d'électricité un matin à 7 heures et on vous annonce avec naturel qu'il n'y aura pas d'électricité avant 4 heures p.m.! Et votre désarroi les fait s'écrouler de rire. Sans doute cela va devoir s'améliorer mais compte ten de l'éloignement du centre de cet gôtel il vaut mieux se rabattre pour plus de prudence sur d'autres solutions. Dommage. Vraiment dommage.

場所が違っている”

立派な建物、行き届いた清掃、静か。

　最初からショック、誰のミスか分からないが、Agodaが示す場所と全く違い、国道13号沿いに5km程南。　今回は場所優先にBookしたのでひどく裏切られた気がします。　市内へ三往復、片道50000*5㌦言われます。　近隣に何もなし。　もっともホテルの質は良く、車でもあって、この場所を選択したなら満足だっただろう。　Agodaの説明も伺いたい。
