Best Location, Cheap, Payment method is weird”
The location is the best and very cheap. The payment method is very weird, need to transfer money to a bank account, so it made me afraid it would be fraud, never found any hostel like this before, then they also keep messaging to transfer the fee, making us more afraid. Maybe change the payment method, so please accept the credit card, it will be good. Some beds don't have plugs, some beds do, kind of unfair. 8 beds for 1 bathroom, too few, need to queuing

I don't highly recommend this hotel”
The towel is small and smells bad. The bed sheets had hairs and were unclean. There were some mosquitoes in the room and I was bitten by mosquitoes all the night so I couldn't sleep at all . Also, the walls were thin and noisy. This quality this price dissatisfaction.

Overally I'm satisfied with the stay. Value for money. Host is friendly though I never meet him/her face to face. Room for improvement: Noise from the toilet water heater Regular check/maintenance of bed unit (the light bulb in my unit is down sadly)

Strange setup”
I should have read the reviews more caerfully. The location score is high, but the others are not. After making the booking received 6 emails from the property, basically saying there are no staff on site and you check yourself in and you must provide a Taiwan mobile # or the booking will be cancelled. I haven't and the booking was cancelled. Read all the other reviews and you will probably agree this was a blessing in disguise.

Good for Taroko tour”
At NTD550 for two nights it was super cheap. Everything is self service so make sure you reserve online first then the owner will send you instructions via email/whatsapp/line on how to self check-in and how he will collect the money - so make sure you have a working phone/device to communicate with him. Bed is capsule-style and was cozy enough. Small towel, toothbrushing kit provided. Location wise: very close to Hualien train station from where you can take the bus 301 to Dongdamen Night Market or the one-day shuttle bus to Toroko Gorge (NTD250). Convenient stores and reataurants nearby. In short: cheap and good enough for just sleeping.

沒有職員在場，全部用通訊軟件處理入住手續，這事情要走到大門前才知道。對話用預設的文章，不知多久沒更新過，沒人情，很多重複，就像電玩遊戲的NPC。 不收現金不收信用卡，一定要到超商或銀行入帳。未做過的事情總花時間，又要慎重核對帳號，ATM就說超過時間中止交易。 好不容易入住了，NPC傳來貼心提示，這裡有食店那裡有超商，為什麼不在要求入帳時一並告訴別人超商銀行的位置？簡直是爛透了的遊戲。クソゲー 還有，那個毛巾有污漬和前人的毛髮

步行可到，但以火車站出發來說，不算十分近。是一切自主性很高的民宿，老闆收錢也是放在桌上，自行收取，不會有見到面的機會。如果當天住宿旅客習慣好，便還不錯，但以商務旅客來說，室內採光不佳，也沒有好書寫的桌子，所以不算十分推薦給商務客，只住一晚不追求設備的背包客較佳。

入住前一個禮拜才傳訊息要訂金，只給一天的匯款時間。入住前幾天會傳訊要求取消網路上的訂單（此次以agoda訂房），並保證不會收取取消費用。所有聯絡都是透過line傳訊息，尾款則為入房隔天早上置於房間桌上、對方來收，故未與房主有直接接觸。 房間冷氣風量小，難涼；燈光昏暗；電視配有MOD，可觀賞訂閱電影199。一樓客廳電扇和電燈開關無法自行調控，應為定時設定；備有微波爐、烤箱、烤麵包機、冰箱（稍髒）。離退房時間尚有一個小時半，被人擅闖（應是屋主或打掃員），房有鏈鎖故對方進不來，先前已有看過相關評論沒想到真的發生於自身身上。
