Big hotel , few 5 Star hotel facitilites, Crowed ”

I went Haidian to visit few factories and stayed 3 nights at this hotel. it can not be a 5 star hotel by the guest's facilities, hotel security system and comforts. The hotel lobby is so crowded, many strangers are moving around and at the reception people also can not speak English.

visit to nearby family”

very nice size and quality of room, but I wouldn't say that it is 5 stars. close access to restaurants and walmart. gigantic shopping mall about five minutes walking. a little remote from the central city, but served my purpose of visiting nearby relatives.

The room not very clean, not coffee and english tea provided. toilet bowl very old and dirty. The lobby is ok. Nothing special.

Old and dusty”

Upon my arrival, they said my room sold out. Which is unaccepted, our booking is confirmed and fully paid. Duty manager managed to arrange a room with bathroom that have no water, and very dusty. It looked like an abandoned room. In order to use toilet, we have to call the staff to escort us another room which is located in other floor. That particular room is under renovation, but the toilet is functioning well. Not happy at all. We were moved to suite room the next day. Mouldy sink groute. Bed sheet with cigarette holes. Dirty carpet. Wierd smell in the room. Chipped furniture. Dirty cutlery. Worst of all, dirty bedding. My whole body itchy, cant sleep well. I woke up with bed bug bites. DEFINITELY wont be back

worst hotel, totally won't recommend”

- worst customer service: unfriendly, rude staff with extremely poor communication skills (noone spoke English at all) - i booked for airport pick-up but noone showed up. when i called, the staff just passed the phone amongst themselves and i could hear them laughing. this took 15+ minutes and so i just got a cab. they did not apologize at all. - wifi didn't work and again, all staff you ask are very rude to the point of arguing with me! again, NO apologies!! - nothing special to offer

I am not satisfied with their staff's attitude. When I asked questions or request to them, they explicitly showed annoyed facial expression. Moreover, their cleaning service was poor. They left a towel which seemed to be used for cleaning washstand. And they didn't clean tea cup. 愛想がよくない店員が多い。ホテルに関してリクエストや質問をすると面倒臭そうな顔をされた。 また、部屋の掃除が適当で、洗面所を掃除したであろうタオルがそのまま放置されていた。ティーカップは現れることなく放置だった。

굉장히 만족했던 호텔”

처음 예약할때 이 호텔에 대한 후기가 하나도 없어서 예약을 망설였었는데…이용해본 결과 이 호텔을 이용하지 않았다면 후회할뻔했어요.. 기본적으로 레스토랑, 수영장, 피트니트센터, 짐맡기는곳 등 호텔 시설이 전체적으로 매우 잘되어 있구요 직원분들이 엄청 친절해서 놀랬어요. 호텔입구에서 부터 짐들어주시고 체크인내내 기다리셨다가 객실까지 짐을 옮겨 주시더라구요. 호텔로비나 근처 편의시설들에도 직원분들이 항상 나와 계셔서 길을 물어볼때도 편했어요. 호텔 근처에 쇼핑센터도 있어서 레스토랑 마트등 쉽게 이용할수 있었어요. 호텔 레스토랑 조식또한 양식과 중식 둘다 이용가능해서 만족스러웠어요. 위생적인 부분에서 후기를 남기자면 호텔로비에서 부터 레스토랑, 수영장, 피트니스, 레스토랑등 전체적으로 매우 깔끔해서 너무 좋았어요. 정말 마지막으로 좋았던점은 배달음식이나 얼음까지도 필요한것들을 요청드리면 문앞까지 배달해 주십니다.

위치가 특별히 좋은 것도 아니고, 식사가 특별히 좋은 것도 아닙니다. 인근에 따로 방문할 식당이나 휴식을 취할 공간도 부족한데, 아직 개발이 덜 된 것 같습니다.

配套设施陈旧”

带孩子周末游，住在这里去西边方便。酒店公共空间很大，入住时还被升级成套房，虽然设施明显陈旧，客房卫生还是不错的。遗憾的是，酒店的健身房和游泳池不在酒店内，在酒店B1层的商业街内，健身房用的是浩沙健身，内部空间通风不好，空气很差，健身器材也太老了，很担心一不小心就会散架了；游泳池在隔壁，是对外开放的公共泳池，卫生和设施可想而知，人也是乌央乌央的。作为酒店的配套设施，极大影响了酒店的体验感。

国庆节前提前预订的房间,性价比很高。订的两个房间，入住时可能后台系统没有处理好，只显示了一个房间，前台与销售沟通后顺利办理了入住。一进房间，有股不好闻的味道，适应后就没有了，可能是房间不通风造成的。房间很大，小朋友们很喜欢在大的空间嬉戏。有一点不好的就是马桶很容易堵，每个晚上都要叫服务员来疏通。不过服务员的响应时间很快，打过电话没几分钟就来处理。酒店负二楼还有很大的休闲、餐饮、娱乐的地方，不过白天我们都出去游玩，晚上回来的也晚，除了早上去吃个早点就没有逛过。酒店后面还有一个沃尔玛，再往北走个2公里不到有个大购物中心，是个吃饭休闲的好地方。总之不错，推荐入住。
