"I really enjoyed my stay. First i like the part that the boat from Parapat stop in front of the hotel. Easy to check in. The staff Ribka (Rebecca) and Daniel was so accomodating. The room is so clean. No aircond because the temperature is cold and suitable for sleeping. The hotel is 4 stories so you have to go up and down staircase to go have breakfast or to the receptionist. But i have no problem with that. Eventhough the breakfast is simple but all are delicious. I especially like the fried tempe. The view is spectacular. There is swimming pool too or you can swim or kayak in Lake Toba just in front of the Hotel. Ribka arranged a motorbike rental for us too. They even packed our breakfast because we need to take the earliest ferry. I am a frequent traveller and this is our 8th anniversary trip. I was really happy during my stay and will be back to Zoe’s Paradise if i plan to come to Pulau Samosir again. Never wrote this long review for any hotel but this place is so worth it"

"Wow super hotel in samosir very quiet place ..the garden look nice room very good n clean all staff are very good n smile face ...Restaurant chice are limited but the staff can touch our hearts so good with us n always smile face ...if you need a relax can choose this hotel ...its just attached lake super we love this place "

"Is the right choice to stay here with my children and my parents. The owners and staff are very friendly and always helpful at all times. Very good food, beautiful scenery and children can play as much. Many free facilities provided, there is a mini zoo that makes our children happy and be not lazy get up early to immediately feed it. Really makes us feel at home and we will be sneaking here again when the upcoming holiday is Samosir."

"I decided to book this place because I wanted to chill out, have a few nice days in tuk tuk. Booked it because I’m the pictures it actually looks pretty nice, but that’s not really the case 🤷🏼‍♂️ I think it’s been created from another hotel ruins called ambarosa, the whol dining room is quiet with its lights turnt off most of the time, the staff are sometimes available, sometimes not and the room is clean-ish The floor had a bunch of stuff on it, the balcony was dirty and the toilet room wasn’t too appealingz For the price I can’t blame too much but there’s nicer places, across Indonesia and Asia for the same price which are much, much nicer “. I’d suggest trying to stay closer to the town too, maybe Roplan area? "

"I really like staying at Romlan. The room is clean, the view is awesome as we can lie down on the chair and feel the wind from Toba Lake. The food in the guesthouse is awesom with reasonable price. The staff named Rahmat is very nice. We rent the motorbike and also pay for him to ride us to every places in Samosir. He took us to nice places even they are not included in the schedule, let us try very good food. He even waked up early to take us to the ferry without any charges. Recommend you guys to stay here."
