"My fiancé and I stayed at the Grand for 4 nights to enjoy the Nanshan Ski resort after having visited Shanghai and Beijing. I can easily say that our stay at the Grand has made our holiday even more special than it already was. Besides the fact that they treated us with extra care do to the fact it was my birthday, the entire staff, in particular Nina an Llia, tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible with the care you'd expect of a 5 star hotel. My fiancé and I travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels, but our stay at the Grand is one of the most special ones. Rooms are excellent and well designed, the hot springs are beautiful and the spa is breathtaking. Choice of food in the restaurants is great, from the Western Restaurant you have a good variety . The last day we tried the Chinese Restaurant and I must say the food was excellent and tasty! Also the presentation is picture worthy ! Highly recommendable in all areas. "
