Spacious room, clean, cozy and near to food places”
Surprisingly, the room is comfortable and cosy. I booked one month early since it is peak period. So i get the room at reasonble price. And i am satisfied with the look, the check in service and even when asked something for housekeeping, it came fast and efficient. The hotel equipped with swimming pool for afilt n kids at ground floor n the coffee house. Not to worry since the food places is just a walking distance. So convenient.

It was our anniversary, the hotel took note of it and even prepared deco for our room + cake. It was so cute! Really appreciate it. The deluxe king room was HUGE and clean. Location was great, there were alot of shops across the road, supermarket right opp and mall 5 mins away. Will come again!

Clean hotel with adequate facilities. Spacious room with dining area. Plenty of TV channels. Good wifi connection. No beach view but we still got a nice unobstructed view overlooking the highway. Prime location having supermarket (which is big and has everything you need) just across the hotel. Food places are also nearby like Domino’s Pizza, Honey Bee, and Kedai Kopi Otai which is a rather popular joint serving toasts and delicious Malaysian food. Unfortunately the hotel don’t have a bathtub. Also be prepared to have bird poop on your car. Otherwise it is a really lovely hotel for a short getaway.

Staffs are friendly and provide superb hospitality! Special mention is the GM on duty on 25 Dec: breakfast time was over crowded and long queues at the counter. GM came out with a tray of mini cakes for those queuing as he knew the at we were very hungry. Although he slipped and fell over the wet floor (created by a girl came out of pool, and ignorant parents), he picked himself up and continue with the great gesture after a short rest. Well done👍!

Kids love the teepee in the Family Room. The breakfast buffet was really really good. We enjoyed it very much. Gym is good, clean, has good equipment. Location near shops; we walked out for a seafood dinner nearby. Short drive to the beach. Overall a good stay.

They provided shuttle service to the water theme park, beach area, golf course etc. Location with nearby supermarket, restaurants and a mall. Love it as you can find local food easily. Walking distance and drive out not required unlike other hotel. Highly recommended if staying at desaru.

The interior design of the hotel room is top-notch. Considered it is quite new hotel, so it’s really well-maintained and clean. The breakfast is by far the most choices of food that I had in my life compared to other hotels. Worth the money and definitely will come back again!

The hotel is very clean and it was very comfortable to stay in . It was very relaxing trip. You can drive out to buy dinner and eat in hotel room and relax . Nearby there are eateries and supermarket so quite flexible . Staff very friendly too

Take my family to this hotel.. happy with hotel services.. good food,fasilities that hotel provided. We spent 2 days here..will repeat again if i came desaru.. staff so friendly and helpful.. our room very clean cons- even you stay at the hotel, must pay parking rm10 for 2 days but you can go and out pleasant

Almost perfect stay.. shower was strong n hot, venue was new n clean, breakfast and other meals were good. Free nespresso pods n amenities. Just one point to note is to make sure the room door is pulled shut completely when you step out of the room as it will be ajar if you just allow it to close on its own.

I love that all staffs seem very well-trained and it felt so welcoming. They might not have the best view around (no beach view), but their nice and comfortable room definitely compensated that. I just had an unpleasant experience when their staff did not show up to change the bed sheet after I called in for a change (my baby threw up) and after they actually promised to have someone to come. I also thought that the dining area was pretty small to accommodate the volume. They seemed short-handed, but well-trained staff. Overall, I had good experience here. If I am to come to Desaru again, I’ll definitely repeat my stay here. The room is comfortable and spacious

Big and spacious room. Very new condition. Lots of amenities nearby.”
The Hotel seems to be very new and our room was very big and comfortable. 5 mins drive to Desaru fruit farm. Super market right opposite the hotel main entrance. Walking distance to a small mall and some cafes and coffeeshop opposite the hotel.

We stayed 20-22 Dec and here's our brief review...”
Location - Within close proximity to amenities and lots of eateries and restaurants. Drive to Desaru beach or Water Adventure Park is about 15-17min. Other goodness - 1. The breakfast buffet spread was good too! 2. Fuss-free wifi connection. 3. Swift room service response. In summary: The family agrees that we will stay here again if we wish to come to Desaru again. Lastly, we booked a double and a family - the staff was accommodating enough to put us on the same floor. To sum up, good location (but please don't expect big mall for shopping) and great value for money.

Short holiday stay”
The hotel is in a good location because there are many places to eat nearby and there is a mall. It is clean as it is new and the staff are courteous and friendly. However it is not in the beach front. We went on. Sedili river Kayaking tour so we were not too concern with the beach. There’s a swimming pool, gym and sauna. It’s nice and convenient.

Excellent room. Lovely view and great location. Alot of supermarkets and shops nearby. Finding food is relatively easy but a walking distance. A little troublesome to travel around as the shuttle bus only brings to specific places. Need to use their private drivers which are significantly more expensive than booking grab or self driving. All in all a good experience.

Great place for short getaway ”
It’s surprised that shuttle buss foc provided for u otw to desaru coast which we can choose to take a break. The hotel is newly built and clean. Bed is nice to sleep. They also provide coffee maker which makes my day as they had put two different coffee capsule for you to make coffee and course the creamer and brown sugar. I also get a customise chocolate when I check out and is really awesome to stay here one night.
