This is a personal shout out to Miss Moya, Mr. William and the whole staff at the Four Seasons Beijing! I landed in Beijing, from the USA, with a pneumonia (unknown to me then), make story short, I was helped to one of the best hospitals, a staff member stayed on for hours, registration was facilitated, cash deposit too. I never felt alone or lonely in a foreign city. When I was released 48hrs later, my room had balloons, fruit baskets, goodies. Staff came to get me from the hospital, I was treated like royalty, which I am not! Service was superb as one would expect from the Four Seasons, but the staff..was above and beyond anything I would have expected. Thank you so very much, chie chie

With the Four Seasons, you can never be disappointed with their service, or their room. The staff was attentive and friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. Location of the hotel is rather good, close to many attractions. If you are looking for a better view of the city, you may want to avoid corner rooms as one side of the hotel is close to business buildings. Also, the hotel is usually quite packed and sometimes the cafes and buffets may be busy. I happened to encounter certain local guests who don't seem to have appropriate table manners and was hoping the staff would do something about it. I've stayed at Park Hyatt, Kempinski and Four Seasons in Beijing, yet this hotel was the only one where I would want to finish the breakfast/coffee as soon as possible due to the inappropriate manners of other guests dining at the same place.

Very good hotel. Stayed only one night for business but I really enjoyed it. Be careful about taxi driver from the airport in Beijing to the hotel. they try to reap you off! The price should be around RMB 70-100 but they asked for RMB 500 with an official driving license and it is supported by the counter of taxi in Beijing.

The luxury touch out of city chaos, not convenient for travellers using public transport, yet there is cars and taxi-calling service.”
There is nothing to blame on at its international standard service. People here, both staff and guesses, is polite and good mannered. Very good place to stay away from Beijing chaotic city centre.
