As a frequent traveller, I have stayed in almost all starred hotel in pontianak, so I can compare all hotels, pros and cons. However, I decided to always stay in star hotel for some reasons. First, its location in gajahmada street is in city center, close to anywhere, second, the rooms have small fridge, safety box, and kettle, thats all I need. Three, the price is reasonable. Even though most of my travelling are officially, the expenses are covered by government, but I choose to stay in cheaper hotel

The hotel should charge the total amount when checking in and not decide the charges so as to charge customers on full rate on the second day. Agoda to feedback to hotels on this practice.

Lokasi di bandar. Staff pun baik sgt. Setiap kali melalui reception dorg akan say hello. Breakfast biasa2 jer. Bilik okey sgt. Bersih. Definetely will choose this one next time.

Dusty due to reno ”

many rooms were undergoing reno and thus, rooms given were dusty . Pls rather choose the new Neo hotel nearby.

Facility is too old”

The facility needs major updates with better furnitures. The room is too dark, bedding too old & yellowish, and it is very noisy at nights, until midnight. Breakfast area still have indoor smoking area right next to non-smoking area, food variety need improvement with western tastes.

The house keeping did not clean up our room in one day even we put on pls make up room sign. Generally this hotel is oke. The break fast is just fine. I love the porridge.

Second Stay”

There is no improvement in our second stay since the last stay in May 2016. This time I stayed in the executive room in 6th floor and I found the early morning construction in 7th floor was very disturbing. It was at 7am in the morning. Other comments remain unchanged; foods average, cleanliness just ok, location superb.

Average”

This is my third stay in this hotel. I spent my time at executive room. With the price I would say that hotel still improve its service. What become a drawback was the hotel not strictly ban smoking in the room.

So Noisy”

Breakfast is not really good, u can hear foot step from the other rooms, also heard they speaking, so noisy, i dont know what material they use to build this hotel

The Best Economy Hotel with Best Location”

Very nice hotel, clean, big room size, strategic location at the central of Pratunam and connected with shopping mall. Its so easy to find meal or snacks that surrounded at hotel area. The prices are economy price but the facility is 5 stars. I will stay again at this hotel when i visit Bangkok next time.
