Don't be put off with the size of the lobby and reception”
Room is spacious with 3 single beds inside. Separate toilet and bathroom and spacious. No mini bar/ fridge and pillow very hard.

No Refrigerator in Room”
1. No Refrigerator in room. Left bottle drinks with housekeeping's refrigerator; when retrieve bottles, I was told that nobody knows where my bottle went and my bottles are lost. 2. Rooms are clean and staffs are friendly. 3. About 45 minutes drive from center of Beijing city. Located right in the middle of a residential area with no convenience store or any eatery nearby.

Excellent hotel, but far away from the city”
It costs about RMB 120 to get to the hotel from the airport, RMB 110 to get downtown (Wangfujing and Tiananmen), so not ideal if you are a tourist. Pity, because this hotel is superb. Staff were pleasant and attentive, facilities excellent.

Late night stay”
My fiance and I had a late check-in. There were some complications with our passports but the front desk lady was nice enough to let it slide until the morning. The breakfast was kind of continental/buffet, My lady and I both enjoyed it. They didn't have black coffee, which was disappointing. I'd imagine I was out of 10000 people who actually wanted black coffee though. The beds were very comfortable, I slept through the night which is pretty unlikely for me. We only stayed for one night, and the bar apparently closes at 9:30 or something. I would never consider a hotel to be 4 stars without a 24 hour restaurant/bar because I'm an alcoholic from South Carolina.

clean, really far, zero English ”
The hotel was quite far from the city center so to go to the center you have to take bus 384 and get off at the subway station. If you don't speak a little Chinese DON'T stay at this hotel. The staff members speak zero English and are unable to tell you any tourist information (places to visit or how to move). The hotel itself is really pretty. The rooms are very clean and everything looks new. However, housekeeping is less than average as the ladies will only change the trashcans' plastic bags. If you don't ask, they won't change the sheets, clean the toilets... nothing! Oh! They will leave two bottles of water, though... Agoda also says the hotel has a pool (one of the reasons why we chose this hotel in the first place) but you have to pay about US$25 to use it and it's not even in the same place! So that's simply not true. The price you pay is relatively cheap if you are willing to sacrifice time. You won't be able to find such a nice hotel if you stay at the city center but you will lose time getting and coming back downtown. Breakfast is 100% Chinese so for us it was very heavy. Spicy meat and noodles for breakfast?! There was always fresh fruit, which could be counted on, though. When you learn how to move from the hotel to the subway station and have plenty of time, this can be a good option. Otherwise, look for a different hotel!
