This hotel really not worth it, everyone can smoking inside at the lobby hotel and in the bathroom lots of cockroach and smells poo in the hall way!and breakfast menu looks terrible!I will not staying at this hotel anymore!!

We were stayed here for 1 weeks and the whole time lots of cockroach in the bathroom and people allowed to smoking inside the building at the lobby???!!!! Seriously?? I will never comeback to this hotel ever!

Peaceful, helpful, pleasant grounds”
Clean room and resto, good & friendly service, bathrooms well cleaned but not modern, pleasant courtyard and good resto. A better map for access should be available to all patrons, urgently. This map should show all toll road exits and access points to Cikarang (separate from Bekasi) - otherwise it is hard to find.

Excellent Service but far location”
To be honest i don't have many bad things to say, i enjoyed my time there, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. They clean your room everyday and can do your washing and ironing for you. During my stay I felt like i was in a 5 star hotel to be honest. my stay was fully air conditioned. That's all i have to say. Enjoy your Holiday!

Very comfortable stay overall and the staffs are very helpful. Room is very nice. A bit complaint about the breakfast which was costing 40k but with only plain fried rice (fried with egg and nothing else) or fried noodles. Not worth it. Hot water doesnt work sometimes. Other than that everything else is very comfy and price is good too. Will stay here again.

My Review”
The hotel location was good, I rather say in a well, shaded place. Its easily accessable to any transport vehicle; like buses, taxi and public van. Although, its quite far from the airport. Like an hour trip, it was all worth it because of the ambiance and access to the public; like malls and shopping area. The hotel staff are nice and very humble. The room I had for 3 days was good enough for the size of one of even for two traveller. Its well-ventilated and well-maintained. The meal for breakfast was satisfactory, I was expecting for more traditional choices. Over all I had great time in my stay in the hotel and treated with kind and respect by their staff.

I stayed in a "superiour room on my first stay, the rooms was very dated. The hotel was formerly a Ibis hotel but it needs some mantenence. There was no in room WiFi, which was annoying. Staff were nice and the rooms were clean. It was OK

We stayed during our daughter's graduation from President University which was located in Jababeka Industrial estate. The hotel is close to the university, it has good amenities at reasonable price compared to other hotel in the area. Overall, we're satisfied with the hotel.
