A great big comfortable apartment room”
A great big comfortable apartment room with all the amenities you might need during your stay like a microwave oven, big fridge, washing machine and more. It's being cleaned every day as well. Location wise it's perfect, just a few steps away from Beijing Lu pedestrian street shopping area and pretty near to some of the major tourist sites Guangzhou has to offer. There are many decent restaurants around like "Tiger Shrimp" which i can definitely recommend.. Excellent helpfull staff assisting me with obtaining a registration form of temporary residence for visitors.

Good Stay but a lot of issues with pest control”
Pros- Good Location - lots of eating and shopping spots under the hotel. - Big nice duplex ample space which was value for money Cons- To many small cockroaches we killed At least 8 cockroaches over the 2 days we stayed, when we informed reception they advised that due to the rainy weather they had come. - Horrible lifts with no ventilation , gets very stuffy and lifts are slow due to to many floors. - Fridge smelling horrible , didn’t use the entire trip - No doors to 2 out of the 3 rooms making privacy an issue. - One toilet for 8 people room was not enough and got dirty very fast. Would recommend booking multiple smaller rooms for better privacy and toilet usage .

Close to Beijing road eateries, shops n MRT. However, because I was on a different floor to reception. In order to chk out, I've to go to Floor 14 with my luggage. Lifts between floors is a very long wait, at best.

Luxury within budget”
The apartment itself is luxurious. Filled with basic necessities including ironing facilities, washing machine and dryer, microwave and plates and cutleries. Bathroom is well equipped as well, shampoo and shower gel provided. Hot water is decent. Though cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved. Stains on the walls and door looks old. Shower stand gets clogged up easily. Overall, very enjoyable stay. But the elevator is really time consuming. Each trip takes a waiting time of at least 5 to 10, sometimes even 15 minutes. Avoid going in and out of the hotel during peak hours such as lunch or dinner time to avoid the wait. Hotel is right next to Beijing Road shopping area. Subway is roughly 5 minutes walk away. Do try out the restaurant on the 8th Floor. The roast goose and other dishes is fantastic and extremely affordable. Breakfast is just so so. Do note the check in counter is on the 14th Floor, not the one on the ground floor. Its my second time staying here.

We 4 pax stay 4 night @Room 2023: this apartment have few agency; our agency level 14 Booked 7 seater car to and fro airport @RMB200/trip (driver wechat ID:wxid_b4kuat6b55mv22) we book tour bus beside Lido Hotel @RMB50 for transport @48 hours + dinner cruise 6.40pm @RMB178 @90 minute expensive should at counter cheaper @RMB148/pax, dinner food not many choices and dinning time about 45 minutes not worth it. GOOD-location surrounding with food; shopping; metro; building link to shopping mall (if not wrong door open 10am to 10pm); level 8 nice dim sum at reasonable price; level 9 cinema; level 14 apartment courter and foot massage. Big room; washing machine; microwave oven; big fridge; daily cleaning ie. change towel; refill toothbrush; paste; shaver; shower cap; comb etc BAD-week WIFI most of time not able to connect; lift slow and peak hour morning and evening; every night we want back saw a lot of cockroach:( If they improve cleanliness this is best place for group.
