"My best experience in PH. Carabao Island. No signal. No electrity. No hot water. No fan. No aircon. Only the nature and grear people. New friends: Jack, Jane. James. Hony and baby Luna. Carabao backpacker guesthouse for new experience. Eating and drinking and looking stars. Asking a Aeta family to help to clean the beach after the typhoon and give them food for 20. Jumping 15m cliff. Hunting a starfishes. Smelling the pur fresh air. No noize. No gas smell. Seriously every human need to try This experience on Carabao island. "

"The room that we booked was the Penthouse. We enjoyed our stay, Carlos was very accommodating. We had a lot of questions regarding where to go, where to eat, what activity we can do during our stay, etc, and he was very helpful in answering our queries. We had a barbecue party at the rooftop. That was a fun experience. Will definitely stay here again when we comeback, and we will comeback coz we weren't able to explore other islands coz of the big waves. Thanks again Carlos!!"

"They have a separate cafe that provides quality angus beef burgers or premium food. You can have a good meal here or for those shoestring travellers, a local food shop is within a stone throw away. The port that gets you to this lodge is within walking distance. Staff will assist you with bike rentals and suggested activities. Overall, I had pleasant experience here with their hospitality and helpful family & staff."
