I booked this hotel at the last minute after missing a bullet train to Xian on Agoda. It took some time for them to find the reservation and the 3 very friendly night staff did not really speak English and we relied on the translator on their phones. The location is very convenient for my early morning train from Beijing West Railway Station and there are malls and foo...
The room enviornment is OK and tidy. l can no need to go outside to have our dinner due to the restaurant just inside the hotel. We no need to go outside for dinning and the price of the restaurant is reasonable. The staff can communicate with English
Five star quality of rooms and facilities. Staff were wonderful, especially those who helped English speaking guests like myself. The lounge is very comfortable and an elegant place to relax — would be great if they served snacks in addition to drinks as well as white wine in addition to the red wine they already have available.
