Great rooms (clean, comfy bed, good blackouts), helpful staff, clean, wonderful breakfast, and the upgrade was a nice perk. Highly recommended. As a Hilton's Gold member, it meets all expectations.

The moment you step in the lobby pretty much sets the tone for your room. Spacious and lots of storage. Terminal 3 has a shuttle for you to take to the hotel. I thought I would be able to walk.

Large rooms, great location for a layover. Polite staff. Very expensive restaurants, though - you'll be better off buying something at Family Market at the airport in case you only need to sleep at the hotel.

Hilton needs to sort out wifi - customers forced to join loyalty programme in order to have consistent access. Connectivity should be viewed as a basic essential in a major international business hotel. Kudos to staff, who were excellent

It’s more a 4 star than a 5 star”
The bed seemed old as we slept in pockets of what seemed to be old mattresses, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly so it was warm and not cold ( we set it to 22 degrees and it stayed at 25 degrees), the window stick to close the curtains came appart in my hands... it’s all the small issues that make it a lower 4 star hotel. Even if the staff was nice, I had to wait 15 minutes in line and I was the only one there!!!??? Nothing special about this hotel, and it’s not very new

It's smart to stay close to the airport if you need to catch early flights. We arrived in Beijing very late that night because the flight was delayed, and we need to take another one in the other morning to US. Thanks for the location of Hilton Beijing Capital Airport Hotel, saving us lots of time and avoiding traffic. The best thing about this hotel is the location, especially when your airline takes off from Terminal 3. One thing I do not like is their wifi service costs about $20 per day, that's crazy! There are two other 5-star hotels around Beijing capital airport, you better look into them as well if you would stay close to the airport and use Internet.

I arrived after 1:30 AM to find an efficient and well-trained staff, all English-speaking and friendly. The well-appointed room was welcoming and the bed was comfy and although only a minute from Beijing Airport, the room was very quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport Hotel.

Great Location with big spacious room”
1st time staying at Hilton. We have chosen Hilton due to its close proximity to the airport and wanted to avoid the hassle of airport transfer and traffic jam. Hilton was very impressive. The rooms are large, elegantly designed and very comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport is very frequent, about 15mins frequency. Staff are friendly and very accomodating. Would recommend friends to stay at Hilton and definitely coming back to stay at Hilton if ever need to catch morning flight from Beijing T3 airport.

Short 5 minute hotel shuttle ride from Terminal 3 ”
after a 2 hour weather delay, arrived beijing airport at 11:30pm at night. hilton hotel shuttle was parked near gate 5. was very happy hotel was close by. room was very comfortable. price was higher than average, but for the convenience and comfort after a long flight, it was worth it to me. hotel is not close to city downtown area. consider it an "airport hotel". but very comfortable and convenient after a long flight.

Best hotel option at Beijing Capital Airport”
Hilton Hotel is 2 minutes away by the Hilton's shuttle bus from Terminal 3. Bus runs every 30 minutes. The Executive Lounge offers great breakfast and free internet. Also, afternoon drinks (happy hour) inclusive. Executive room very large. Shower enclosure separate from bathtub. Only downsides are: They charge for WiFi/Internet access in rooms, which I find a bit rich in today's age. Also the location would not suit anyone intending to go into the city more than once (an hour each way). Overall, a great option for transit in Beijing.

When a business traveler needs a really good sleep”
The location is ridiculously close to the airport, there is a coach that arrives and leaves on-time (I arrived at around 3am). Since I intend to go to the Mutianyu great wall afterwards, an airport hotel is around an hour's drive to Mutianyu so it's the perfect choice. I have been deprived of sleep due to frequent traveling. I checked in and slept at probably one of the softest beds I've ever slept on. The room is spacious, the bath tub works well, the toilet bowl has a strong flush, and the hot shower warms up real quick. And the shampoo, soap -- smell so good. The breakfast is also good though there wasn't much of a variety and I can't recall anything remarkable about it. The afternoon tea served soft croissants and danishes, the cinnamon rolls are great. The frontdesk and the concierge were very helpful with my concerns. But the one over at the Executive Lounge, Candy, was the most amazing. You get that feeling where she is very happy with what she is doing and in turn would tend to go out of her way just to assist you. I really felt welcome and special with her arranging everything for me. And you know that she listens really well. She can remember even the details of the stories you tell her! Overall I had an excellent stay and will not think twice about booking this hotel again, budget permitting!

Lovely hotel”
this is a hotel that takes pains to live up to its reputation. the one major downside is that unless you are heading to the airport or a significant distance away it is very difficult to get out of the hotel. taxis will not bother to come unless there is a significant fare and since i only wanted to get as far as the new exhibition centre it was suggested i take a shuttle to the airport and line up for a taxi there (an unappealing thought in minus 10 weather). to the hotels honor they did work really hard to get me a taxi and were very apologetic for the inconvenience.

Nice hotel near the airport”
This is the perfect hotel for travelers transiting through Beijing. It is at least 30 minutes from downtown, but just a mere 3 minute ride from any of the airport terminals. A convenient airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Room and public areas had high ceilings. No in-room free wifi which was disappointing.

A good and very convenient hotel at Beijing Capital Airport. It is located right next terminal 3 which is good for all terminals. Shuttle bus is very prompt and on schedule; a service you really can depend on. food wise is very expensive but there is no other choice and room is comfortable.

Although this is an airport hotel but it is much better equipped as a luxury hotel. It's perhaps one of the best airport Hiltons that we have ever stayed. Hotel staff is very efficient and service is speedy and thorough. Overall it is a very pleasant stay with every dollar worths.

Very convient”
chose this hotel due to its proximity to the international airport after some unexpected flight changes. hotel shuttle bus pick up from terminal 2 was well located & very prompt, as was drop off to terminal 3. hotel service was good & room comfort was excellent. stayed overnight near airport many times but this is by far the most convenient if your willing to pay a little extra than the competition.
