Holiday Inn Hotel”

This hotel is an excellent business hotel, centrally located, about 10 minutes from the International Exhibition Center. We stayed in the Holiday Inn Hotel, but had the breakfast at the Crown Plaza, which is an affiliated hotel, the breakfast buffet was great, with a big selection of various dishes, both Western and Asian. Service was excellent, all staff spoke English and were extremely helpful.

Holiday Inn Hotel”

Hotel was clean and quiet, the location for our purposes was great, about 10 minutes from the International Exhibition Center. The staff was friendly and all spoke good English. As this hotel is part of a compound, with several hotels the area is really quiet, which is nice. The breakfast was great, huge selection of various dishes. We would stay in this hotel again when visiting Zhengzhou.

In the middle of group of 5 stars hotel”

nice and strange hote ! in fact holiday inn is divided in 2 buildings depending on thr room rate !! room are classical, quite old but correct even if small for chinese hotel. around this hotel you find 3 other 5 stars hotels so it is very convenient for meeting,s diner, ...

Location is very bad! Don't stay”

location is hard to find and no taxi drivers really know where it is. This place has a few hotels in the same compound and holiday inn express is there too. Holiday inn has two buildings that are not side by side, very confusing. Always hard time taking taxi back at night. No food nearby only a 24hour convinient shop which u have to use your life to cross and walk the pathway as there is a construction going on. Will never stay at this hotel again!

Better than expected”

Great time. The staff were great - friendly and helpful. One of the few hotels advertised that had all the room amenities that they claim.

Part of a confusing complex of hotels!”

This hotel was conveniently located for my work and had very comfortable and clean rooms and facilities. Check in was rather slow although the staff very pleasant enough. Went for an evening walk and found numerous cafe's and restaurants within easy distance, especially in the large mall next to the hotel. It is one of a set of hotels within a precinct but there is little signage to guide the unwary traveller to the correct hotel!

Great location but small room.”

When we got back home and review, just found out that the business room we occupied was different from the one we booked. No microwave, kitchenette and daily newspaper.Anyway, it's O.K.

Okay Hotel But Not Really a Business Room”

On arrival at this hotel, I was told that although I'd paid there was a possibility that my credit card had declined. So, I had to wait for 10 minutes whilst this was organised. I wish there was a better way to check in but it's always about wasting time signing forms and messing about with deposit money. In the end, it was a comfortable stay but considering the price of the hotel I think that breakfast should have been complimentary.
