Not a comfort place to stay. Bed is hard as a rock. Room wall seems to have some wet patches. Location is ok. Staff are friendly.

Location is good near to a few wholesale markets The cleanliness is a serius issue. The bed has bedbugs, we got biten quite alot on hands and legs.

Easy access, comfortable bed, centre of town”
Takes a 5 minutes walk from metro no 2 which liks Guangzhou South Railway (if come from Shenzhen) or take line 3 from airport then change to Line 2. Probably the most confortable mattress I have found in China. Near the river and has some late night bars on the same road. Convenience shop a few metres away for beer / water/ snacks etc.

For the price I paid, I thought it was a good value. Excellent location near the water. 10 min. walk to Haizu Square station where you can find more food. There is a Chinese Muslim restaurant nearby. Staff friendly. I would stay again.

Basic Hotel for Travellers”
Our stay with Hotel Guangdong was satisfactory. It was quite clean compared with other hotels in the area. The location was just a few blocks away the One Link and Two Link Shopping area. There were a lot of stores for school and office supplies and spice stores within the block.

Good hotel ”
I traveled alone and I felt very comfortable and safe when I stay here. The staff always helped me when I asked them for a favor. The room was clearn and quiet. I love the bathroom with warm water after I walked around city. I slept deeply and felt good at morning. That's is a good hotel and the cost was so cheap when I booked it by agoda.

Very good location ”
Hotel was close to many sightseeing places in Guanghzhou which was very convenient. Rooms, was ok however, the mattress was too hard for us and the room were not very isolated form the noise in the corridor (kids were running and playing from 7am, apart from a lack of education the hotel was not responsible for, it was like we wre part of it and relaxed less then we intended. Apart from that, it's definitely a good choice.

If you are going for the fair this hotel provide bus and breakfast during the fair. Standard chinese breakfast. If you don't used to Chinese food it will be not really nice to eat. It's not halal. Clean room and good room.

Great location but room noisy if given 1st floor odd room number”
I would not recommend this place if they give you a 1st floor room which is on the side where the busy road/side street is that it is so noisy that you can hear the traffic(lots of scooters and buggy drivers outside of your window at night and very early in the morning. I could not sleep. This was an odd number room. All the rooms with odd numbers was noisy but not much of a view so I could do without the noise. I had to ask them to switch rooms but they could not that 1st night because they claimed they did not have any more rooms available. The noise was so bad that I was so tired the next day and woke up 6am the next day to ask them to switch which they could not do until after 9am. They then gave me another 1st floor room but it was an even number room that was facing the alley. Very quiet. The rooms itself bathroom was moldy. Cobwebs and dust was in the corner. But Great location. Short walking distance to East Nanjing station which is near the Bund and People square.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke a little English. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is quite small, but the shower is very good. We were very happy here and would stay again.

There is a Chinese restaurant on 2nd for but the hotel did provide the meals. It is good to try. And it is near to the zhu Jian. But not close to any big supermarket, got some shop like 7/11 near by and you can find some local food nearby within walking distance. There are few hospitals nearby and you can see some patients wandering nearby.
