The room enviornment is OK and tidy. l can no need to go outside to have our dinner due to the restaurant just inside the hotel. We no need to go outside for dinning and the price of the restaurant is reasonable. The staff can communicate with English
Five star quality of rooms and facilities. Staff were wonderful, especially those who helped English speaking guests like myself. The lounge is very comfortable and an elegant place to relax — would be great if they served snacks in addition to drinks as well as white wine in addition to the red wine they already have available.
really good hotel! stayed for 2 nights and everything was nice. location was a little bit of the centre, but there's an underground station about 5 minutes away.
Staff English ability was non-existant - major problem.
This hotel is fine for sleeping. But there is not much to do around there...
Staff did not know how to handle Agoda bookings, only Manager came and helped. Room was very nice and clean, but smoke smell in hall way and elevator. The location is good, close to subway.
