"Pros; 1. Comfortable & clean villa. 2. Very warm & welcoming service from most of the staff especially all the Buggy drivers. 3. Standard hotel rate for food at restaurant but with big portion for every order. 4. Range for breakfast not bad but a bit spicy for fried rice & kuey tiaw. Not suitable for kids. 5. Villa not suitable for old folks due to double storey. 6. Pool was very clean with 1.2m depth. We booked 2 units under 5070 & 5071. Both in good conditions. Cons; 1. No playground for kids except indoor games. 2. Quite far from PD beach but the villa indoor pool good enough for us. 3. Nothing much sell at convenient store but this place located in Kota Lukut town so quite close to drive out for 7E or other shops. Overall we like this place so much and really good for big family vacations. "
