hotel is new for the 2008 olympics. rooms well maintained. about 20 minutes walk from the national convention center. nice walk at night to the national stadium (bird's nest) and the ice cube. min-bar not restocked for 2 days. breakfast buffet was less than ordinary for my western tastes. tgi friday's next door was a welcome relief for food.
The price not worth the stay, not a good choice unless your main visit is to Stadium Olympic and Beijing International Conventional Centre. Provide very basic facilities you can think of, staff is not so friendly when ask for help.

Overall, the stay was quite good. The rooms are clean and maintained very well. The price is very well matched with the value received.
