Traveled with wife and two kids ages 11& 4. Needed find a hotel close to the Halal restaurants. This hotel is about half an hour walking ( 2 blocks) to the Niujie street & mosque where many halal restaurants are present. The hotel itself is clean. Booked a standard twin room with was spacious enough to the 4 of us. beds could comfortably accommodate us, clean linen, b...

English at the front desk was not the greatest but we were still able to get checked in without issue. Was surprised as I did not realize that Breakfast would be included as was a nightly turn down service complete with fruit, cakes and yoghurt. The room did not have a mini fridge or safe but when I asked the front desk about it they provided them without hesitation. T...

The hotel is new (3 years old) and the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The location is fantastic given that it is within walking distance to major sites. The subway station is also close by for those who prefer to try out the public transportation system. I love the gym and swimming pool too and I think they are one of the best in Beijing. I was booked in...

Its worth for the money. Good location and two MTR stations nearby, the one Qian men and the other Zhu shi kou, if you know how to get to the place. Its my second time of staying. The Qianmen line will shorten my time to arrive from or depart for the airport. So I think its a good choice for me to make. The heating and air conditioner provide much more than enough heat...

We arrived almost at midnight, we checked into the room in less an 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and even if they couldn't speak much english, they tried their best to help us. The bed was hard (I think all hotels in China are like this), the bathroom partition was a glass panel (you got to get used to that), there was good WiFi in the room. We only used the h...

Stayed for 3 nights at the Emperor Qianmen. It's not so easy to find and you can't rely on Google Maps as this seems to have the wrong location. If you can find East Qianmen Road or Qianmen Street (main shopping street with Starbucks at the top end) it's located between these. When you see the red arch along East Qianmen Road or the hanging red balloons along Qianmen S...

The staff are really awesome, special thanks to Anita & Julie. I really appreciate their help and advise on the trips. They are truly good in providing services. You may buy/book the Great Wall tours from them directly as that's I found its affordable and no forced shopping's stop. English is difficult in China, however Anita is helpful on that. You may check with her ...

The staff is really pleasant. Although English is limited, they really try to help you. My room was very clean, with a nice shower. A/C works great. It is mostly catered for a Chinese clientele, so inside the room, all instructions are in Mandarin. You get free bottles of mineral water, and a very nice box of amenities , but I didn't touch it as I didn't know if they w...

stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. place is new, nice, and clean. service is also good. location is accessible to go to wang fu jing, forbidden city, and qian men as well. value for money is great, considering agoda's deal. buffet breakfast is ok as well, but if nitpicking, the food is just the same everyday, only the stir-fried vegetables changes.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. We had no issues with anything during our entire stay. There was a definite language barrier, as the staff (including front desk) did not speak English, but this was to be expected per other reviews and our entire experience in Beijing. It didn’t prove to be an issue, as we expected it and found...

Firstly, don't let the name deceive. From my maps I thought the hotel was in fact close to Beijing South Station. It's not though. If you have baggage like I did it is quite a walk from South Station. Yongdingmenwai station is fairly close. Take South East exit C . You can then go through the beautiful south gate via the underpass, cross the mote and head right for a f...

This hotel was recently renovated so the rooms are clean and well designed. Renovation still ongoing in some parts of hotel between 8:30AM and 6:30PM for those afternoon sleepers. Some comments indicate hard beds (and they are) we mentioned this to the front desk and 10minutes later a nice foam pad was put on our bed. The price was great for the standard of hotel. It...

Definitely not touristy, local people live on the same street, very good restaurants within walking if you want local food, short taxi to more upscale restaurants; easy to get to all sight seeing; we had booked another hotel for the 2nd week, cancelled and stayed at the Jinjiang

Overall good stay and the location is great. The hotel should enforce strict no smoking rule (at least for few floors designated as no smoking) as there's overwhelming smoke smell through the bathroom vent. Staff did kindly arrange for another room but guessing that the vent are interconnected, it helps only a little.

This hotel located near Tian Tan Dong Men. It's near underground station. There is shopping mall and restaurants around there. The room for double is big. Safe. Hotel quite old but acceptable, however, there is smell in the room. Air con work well. There is Chinese style buffet breakfast in saving price. There is mini Mart in hotel which close late. Staff can speak Eng...
