Good Location, Near Sanlitun”
Ibis Beijing Dongdaqiao Hotel is a reasonable budget hotel, suitable for tourists and business travelers. The hotel is located on Sanlitun South Road, across from Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, about a 10 minute walk from the heart of Sanlitun district. The hotel was in the midst of a renovation during my visit and the in-house cafe was not open. That said, there was a Pacific Coffee and 7=11 next door, and there's decent street cafes nearby. Internet is available in each room, beds are standard for an Ibis property, and the bathrooms are suitable, even if the fixtures are inexpensive and the towels sometimes threadbare.

the ibis is located just next to the sanlitun area where all the bars are its rmb exactly to the airport and takes about 25 minutes. you can also take the express to dongzhimen first and after that taxi because traffic in beijing can be horrible. the rooms are not too big but not small either, the shower is nice and clean and there are toothbrushes and soap. rooms were warm and stay was very plesant! and good bargain price for euros a night.

The ibis hotel is located close to the sanlitun area where you can eat drink and shop. For shopping go to the yashow market, remember to bargain here because always where a white person comes and wants to buy stuff they will ask for crazy prices. You can usually go down from the price they are asking to half. The hotel is quiet, no bars next to it, bed is nice, room clean and toilet good as well. Room isnt that big but not too small either. Staff was very friendly too and price is good. I will come back!!

No frills but comfortable”
I stayed here for several nights prior to a work trip to China. I booked it last-minute on Agoda based on hte price and area of the city that I wanted to be close to. Overall I found it to be a good value. Bathrooms looked a little tired and run down, as some reviewers have mentioned, but overall they were clean. The room was compact but comfortable, the subway station was just a few minutes walk away, and the Sanlitun SOHO complex and bar area were a 10 minute walk away. I would stay here again if visiting Beijing for either leisure or business.

the hotel locates conveniently opposite to chaoyang hospital - less than 5 minutes walk to dongdaqiao or hujialou station. less than 15 minutes walk to sanlitun village and bar street the room size is decent. it was clean. the bed was comfortable. nothing to complain indeed.

Good budget place”
the hotel is located fairly close to the sanlitun bar area. taking a taxi will only cost you around 20 rmb but the price in ibis is really good. the rooms are clean and basic, nothing luxurious but good budget. the toilet also has tooth brushes and service has always been good so far when i stayed there. there is a 7-11 just outside and an awesome xinjiang restaurant next to the hotel. i will def. come back to this hotel on my next stay. breakfast wasnt very good.

Great location”
it is very close walking distance to sanlitun village and to sanlitun bar street, it is also close to chaoyang soho district. there is a metro station nearby. the room is small, though i had a great view from my window (8th floor). the iron and safe box are available at the reception. Internet connection is available in the room (high speed). in case you get sick, the chaoyang hospital is just opposite to ibis hotel.

A Great Place to Stay in Beijing”
This was a nice hotel to stay as with all the IBIS hotels. It is located just a few minute walk from the Sanlitun bars and Restaurants. The check in was extremely quick and the staff spoke good English. The room was very clean and comfortable.

warm hotel but small buliding”
When i'm get in on their loby, I dont feel like an hotel, coz that I know ibis hotel at my country have a big room. Ibis dongdaqiao just like ticketing office I think. I dont have any problem when im checkin. That 1point I like. After that, I go through to my room with a lift. I think the lift not to confortable. There is no some thing decoration. Ok, I found my room very easy, coz this hotel very small, we can look the end of the tunnel with our eye. I open the door, ok....its small but very warm coz wooden tile. Actually I loved it. Easy to found some food and so many worker wallking. Rather far from subway but its okay....

Convenient location ”
The hotel is near the Sanlitun area and has two subway stations nearby (Line 6 and 10). Across the hotel is the Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, so it is easy to take a taxi and ask the driver to find the hospital as the hotel may not be known. The room was comfortable and the internet worked well and fast. Not all the people in the reception desk speak English, but they are very helpful. The only thing was a little bad smell coming from the bathroom. Having said that, I plan to return to this hotel in my next trip to Beijing.

a smart choice when travel in beijing”
i like ibis beijing doangdaqiao because it's only 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway, KFC or Mc D's and event nearby 711 store that opens 24 hours, you can easily get to hospital if you need a medical treatment. The staffs are also very friendly, eventhough their english was not too good. but they were willing to help. i will be back to this hotel while i am in beijing

Close to sanlitun”
the hotel was not that far from sanlitun the bar area but the street at this place is really congested, getting back to the hotel was only a few kilometers but it took 30 minutes. there is a sevel 11 just next to the hotel. rooms are very basic but clean. also very small room, just one bed and barely space to move. shower has tooth brushes etc stuff to make it work. nothing fancy but the price is also pretty low so its worth it i guess. dont come here for honeymoon for sure!

This is not my first time in this hotel, i liked a lot. good location, fair price, close 2 min to subway line, 10 min walk far from sanlitun area, close to pubs. you can find good restaurants and bars nearby and good also for shopping, several different entertainment.

Central”
hotel is central to beijing and within easy walk of the underground and bus system, summer palace is 30 to 40 mins away by underground, forbidden city is 15 mins by bus, good shopping is on the way to tenamen square, bad side is breakfast is very poor. i had a bad stomach (not from the breakfast) all they had was 5 hard boiled eggs, 6 slices of meat some bread and rice soup and they had the check to charge 20 yuan for it, i had already paid for 2 and my chines girlfreind could not eat anything but we could not get our money back. generally you have to remember it is an ibis hotel not a 4 or 5 star

Convenient”
This is my second time in this hotel. I like that it is located just 5 minutes walking to Dongdaqiao Station and about 8 minutes to Huijialou. Close to Sanlitun for a late night return.

good location, simple and convenient”
The hotel location was the selling point for me. It was a walking distance to San Li Tun bar area and the worker's stadium where many of the nicest clubs are located. The hotel was cheap compared to similar hotels in the area. I had a king-size bed room and the bed was very comfortable and towels were old though. The hotel is very much a boutique hotel without many amenities but the price, it is a good deal, in my opinion.

Simple but satisfying”
Overall I had a good stay at this hotel. It was no frills, however I think for the location and comfort, it was a good value. I would certainly stay here again when visiting Beijing, if I wanted something reasonably priced and easily accessible. As some people have mentioned, the bathrooms need a bit of upkeep, but overall I found that to be a minor issue.
