I filed a complaint with the hotel regarding the team's conduct, and I received an email from customer service expressing regret and hoping for improvement in the future. Please review the following grievances: 1. The main gate lacked safety measures, and the valet parking failed to address a situation where a car nearly collided with my children. The car parked dangerously close to the main glass gate, displaying concerning behavior. 2. The receptionist was unhelpful in assisting with a restaurant booking within the vicinity. 3. Waiters in the lobby repeatedly bumped into people, which happened to me twice in two days. 4. The flush mechanism of the WC was not functioning. 5. Overall, the staff exhibited a lack of helpfulness and welcoming demeanor. 6. Despite being IHG members, there was no flexibility during the check-out process.

Room was ok. Nothing special and quite basic. The swimming pool was nice and heated. The quality of food on pool was good but took ages to arrive. Also not enough sunbeds on the pool. The breakfast was good too, not great, just good. When checking out, reminded reception that our checkout is 1pm as per Agoda, bur they refused until I argued and showed them the booking which states checkout is 1pm. They still called room at 12:34pm to tell us to leave. Cinema is closed. Play area is very basic. Games room was not working. Valet charges $10 a night. Why? It’s not like you don’t have the space. It’s just a sad money making scheme. Hotels worldwide including intercontinental offer this for free. The ac in the room was quite noisy and did not cool the room enough. The price should mean a flawless stay, and this was not flawless.
