We stayed in the private pool villa for reference and loved pretty much everything about the stay. The location of the hotel is great, it’s literally on the beach, plus it’s a beautiful rustic style property which we enjoyed. It’s also almost in the center of Phu quoc between north and south. We booked a scooter through the hotel and that made our travel quite convenient! The villa was spacious and roomy, it had a bath tub (jaccuzi didn’t work), shower, lounge area, comfortable double bed, tv and equipped with Netflix, YouTube etc and a lot of doors to the private pool area with glass for an indoor outdoor feel! Also the room is located on the beach (you can’t see that from the photos, the pool overlooks the sea and you can see the sunset from your pool deck!! The staff was courteous and kind (a bit of a language problem but manageable) I personally don’t like lizards / geckos and around and that was a bit of a problem in the room + pool area, but that’s everywhere in Phu quoc! So shouldn’t deter you. The private pool area was great with a lot of lounge space and the pool was big enough, not a plunge pool like most hotels offer. Breakfast could be improved. Sim restaurant is great, we enjoyed dinner there twice! All in all an amazing stay, we would definitely come back. A little note about Phu quoc, we visited Eng of November for reference and the weather is supposed to be sunny but the weather was quite unpredictable and can rain here during this time so it’s wise to carry a raincoat / jacket!

Altitude: After the initial mix-up when we first arrived, the staff went way, way, way out of their way to fix the issue to make us happy. The way they tried to please us was outstanding. Room & Ground: Clean room, spacious, literally 6 steps to the sandy private beach. Outstanding swimming pool with a breathless view during sunset. Our pictures with an ordinary iPhone came out like advertisement shoots with professional set-up and photographer. I don't know what the deal is with Phu Quoc air, but pictures always come out great. Food: OMG, we ate in the hotel's restaurant for 4 days and the food just get better and better every time. Where did they get the chef? We instantly knew it was a good place when we saw the hotel's manager eat there every morning. Everyday service: Extremely polite and respectful, always says Yes, always with a smile and a bow. If we can go back in time to do our honeymoon, we would come to this place. No question whatsoever!

Our stay was very comfortable at the seaview bungalow room. We slept well in our quiet cool room. The amenities inside the room and outside were perfect. Great pool, great breakfast, sunset view. We rented a scooter, very inexpensive and convenient. Staff were always polite and professional. They can help you with any issue. The shuttle from and to the airport was a big plus but taxi service isn't too expensive either. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

This is a nice smaller boutique resort along a row of much larger and more expensive resorts. Everywhere is spotlessly clean including the beach. We never had any problems getting loungers at the pool or beach and pool towels are provided. We stayed in an Executive Bungalow thinking it would be quieter than the main hotel rooms. However, whilst the room was nicely designed, it was not at all soundproof. It was extremely noisy from the room backing on to it where a family with 3 young children kept us awake most of the night with toddlers crying and then started blasting the TV from 6am. My teenagers, who stayed in the bungalow next door, encountered the same problem with a couple behind them arguing until late into the night. We would have asked to move to a different room type if we were staying more than 2 nights. I like a firm mattress and found the bed to be very comfy. Our bungalow had an outdoor shower and an indoor shower which was good as we found there to be too many mosquitos to enjoy the outdoor one. The pool is nice for a dip but quite shallow (though this would be great for those with younger kids). The beach is narrow and the sea water was clear and warm. The sunsets here were beautiful. There are several convenience stores, massage parlours, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and the main town and market is only a 5-10 minute taxi ride away. There are always taxis parked outside the hotel though I would recommend downloading the Grab app before visiting Phu Quoc as it seems to work out cheaper and there's always a car within minutes. Breakfast offers a range of hot foods, eggs cooked to order, a salad bar and a small selection of fresh fruit, cakes, and pastries. Unfortunately none of the hot food (not even the rice) was suitable for vegetarians ( even though we had informed them ahead that we were) and there were a lot of small flies all over the salad. We managed fine with eggs, bread and fruit but it was a bit disappointing when we were hoping for a full buffet. The hotel offers free airport transfers in their own mini bus with a friendly driver which we appreciated. Overall I'd say the hotel is priced reasonably for what it offers - the rooms are much nicer and cleaner than many of the cheaper bungalow resorts in the area and the breakfast (if you're not vegetarian) is more plentiful. However, do not expect the service levels and amenities of the more expensive resorts. All in all, great for a laid back few days.

“ok value for money”
Hmmm... this is a tricky one. Overall it is a nice and simple resort, for couples and/or families. Location is near the airport and directly at the beach. Nice small pool for children. Wonderful sunset location. All is clean, the rooms a bit outdated but still nice. The balcony / terrace in front of the room is nice. Normally it would be good value for money, but we booked right after New year so the prices were still high and in our opinion not good value for money - too high for what was offered. Reasons: the room is too small, we booked the best category with ocean view, supposed to be 50 sqm but it was maybe 30 sqm max. if you include the bathroom. With some effort you could see the ocean behind the bar / restaurant, but it was not beachfront (which was actually better as no privacy). The bed was very comfortable but small, no way was this a king size, maybe 120 or 140 cm. The room was always dark, could not see anything in the wardrobe without torch -- The room has large windows on all sides on the ground floor with staff and guests walking around you at all times, so you need to close the curtains to have some privacy. Light inside is very weak, cannot see anything in the bathroom etc. Aircon a bit old and takes long to cool down the room but ok. TV no netflix etc but ok, we were not here to watch TV ;) All this would have been ok for us, our main points were 1. the super uncomfortable wooden sunbeds with a 2 cm thin cover. After 30 min your bum hurts so much you need to get up; 2. the breakfast, huge choice if you like Asian food with meat, fish, seafood etc. We are vegetarian so most was not for us, and while the quantity was big, the quality was really low. AWFUL coffee (we brought our own tea from the room as we really could not drink this cold lake water. There was no option to buy a proper coffee for extra costs), old and dry white bread which disintegrates when you touch it, cheap mass produced and cold pancakes, one type of plastic wrapped plastic chee
