Siamo rimasti 3 giorni in questo hotel … sinceramente pensavo molto meglio - primo punto …al check-in il personale non è stato molto disponibile anche perché siamo arrivati 4 ore prima della consegna della camera … quando si è degnato di darci retta …ci ha chiesto se volevamo il check - in anticipato …chiedendoci 30 sterline in più a testa …noi avevamo due camere …eravamo in 4 …abbiamo detto no … gli abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare i nostri 4 zaini ….ci hanno risposto …nessun problema …sono 3 sterline a zaino … sinceramente per il deposito bagagli in tutto il mondo non ho mai visto un hotel che faccia pagare e viaggi ne abbiamo fatti …. - Camera : avevamo visto le recensioni e ok che qualcuno diceva camere piccole …ma questa è veramente minuscola … non ci si può muovere ..e il bagno è piccolissimo …. Letto da una piazza e mezza e non matrimoniale come dicono …. Ci hanno dato 2 asciugamani grandi e un tappetino da mettere davanti alla doccia … cioè con quello ti devi pulire tutto ….e non te li cambiano giornalmente Non puliscono la stanza per 3 giorni e neanche raccolgono l’immondizia Climatizzatore che si stacca in continuazione …e non solo in una stanza …ma anche nell’altra funzionava così …entrava da solo in stand-by In bagno nessun kit di cortesia …non c’è il frigo … Struttura : Pulizia nella norma … Ascensore piccolissimo …se hai una valigia in due non ci stai …. Sinceramente per 200 euro a notte non vale proprio la pena . Posizione : 10 min dalla stazione e dalla metro …diciamo che può andar bene … SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Struttura abbastanza nuova,comodissima la posizione dato che è accanto alla stazione di King Cross e staff molto gentile. Unica pecca è la grandezza delle camere, sono veramente troppo piccole e non dispongono di armadio,portavaligie o scrivania...

La posizione è ottima. La camera era molto silenziosa, piccolissima e mal riscaldata. Mai pulita in tre giorni, nonostante le promesse. Staff molto gentile e colazione eccellente.

L'albergo è situato a King's Cross (come da nome), in una posizione non centralissima ma comunque ottimamente servita dai mezzi a pochissimi metri dalla struttura. Al momento dell'arrivo ci è stato comunicato che la pulizia per un soggiorno di 2 pernottamenti non era prevista, ma comunque le salviette sono state cambiate e i cestini svuotati, mentre i letti non sono stati rifatti. Le camere sono molto piccole, come presentate nelle foto, ma comunque è presente tutto il necessario per avere un soggiorno gradevole e confortevole e comunque negli standard di Londra. Consiglierei la struttura per un soggiorno breve senza bisogno di molti fronzoli.

L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione recentemente ristrutturato e accogliente. Le camere sono piccolissime, non c'è armadio e posto dove poggiare la valigia. Pulizia discreta. Bagno con il minimo indispensabile (doccia e water) non c'è Bidet.

Hotel perfetto. Ottima posizione e pulizia. Unico consiglio le stanze senza finestre sono molto piccole; il check in prima delle 12 si paga 15 sterline. Per il resto è ok

Prezzo conveniente, zona servita da trasporti e locali, stanza piccola ma essenziale con bagno in camera. La prenderei nuovamente in considerazione per prossimo viaggio.

posizione tutto sommato comoda, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di King's Cross. Camera di dimensioni ridotte ma accogliente e funzionale. Per soggiorni da poche notti è perfetto

“Hotel molto buono ”

L'hotel ha molti lati positivi, come la pulizia, la posizione, lo staff gentile e presente a tutte le ore. La camera non era molto grande, non c'era un armadio, quindi con le valigie aperte lo spazio calpestabile era minimo ma è solo un piccolo dettaglio. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene, lo consiglio!

ottimo hotel. zona strategica (5 minuti da king's Cross), facendosi una passeggiata si può anche arrivare in pochi minuti al british museum a piedi. per chi fosse interessato di fronte c'è un ottimo supermercato. albergo abbastanza pulito con wifi in camera (piccola, ma eravamo preparati) e aria condizionata, nulla da recriminare. ci tornerei.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 13 al 16, per 4 notti. E' stato un albergo ottimo, meglio di quanto pensassimo. Posizione ottima, a 300 m dalla stazione metropolitana di King's Cross, collegata in maniera eccezionale con qualsiasi attrazione principale della città. Nella zona sono presenti anche numerosi locali sia per fare colazione al mattino che per cenare la sera, considerando che noi eravamo in giro tutto il giorno. La nostra camera era senza finestra, ma per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema visto che tornavamo solo la sera per dormire. avevamo un servizio tutto compreso, con tv, wifi e phon in camera. la camera era pulita e la pulizia, come riportato nel sito, ci è stata fatta dopo la seconda sera. siamo rimasti soddisfatti al 100%, semmai un giorno tornerò a londra andrò in questo albergo, e lo consiglierò a tutti.

Senza problemi, basta solo evitare stanze al primo piano lato strada principale perché c'è un pub proprio a lato dell'albergo (possibile musica qualche sera), ottima zona con gente fuori anche tardi, supermercato parrucchiere pub exchange, zona sicura

Ottimo hotel in centro, pulito, vicino alle maggiori attrazioni, comodo per la metropolitana. Camera piccola ma confortevole, manca servizio di ristorazione e di colazione.

Il soggiorno all'interno dell'hotel è stato piacevole. Eravamo al piano -1, unica pecca, perchè a quel piano la double room with window serviva a ben poco, se ci si aspettava un minimo di vista sulle città. Camera minuscola (non hai l'armadio!) ma, come nel nostro caso, per un soggiorno di 3-4 giorni è andata più che bene (mai goduto in questi 4 giorni della pulizia in camera però..). Hotel in ottima posizione, a pochi passi da King's Cross, metro e stazione con un sacco di linee che ti portano ovunque! Personale discreto, non troppo cordiale ne disponibile. Qualità/prezzo, in sostanza, molto buoni.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. La camera era un po' piccola , ma giusta per il breve periodo.In compenso la pulizia ,la recente ristrutturazione, la cortesia del personale, la posizione, la vicinanza della metro e il rapporto qualità/prezzo ne fanno un'ottima soluzione per Londra. Da consigliare

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, data la sua locazione vicino la stazione di King's cross è molto comodo anche per entrare e uscire più volte in un giorno. Il personale non è particolarmente socievole, ma alla fine stando fuori tutto il gg lo si vede poco. Struttura pulita con belle camere,ma per un breve soggiorno niente che un ostello non sappia offrirti.

“Comfortable and Convenient Short Stay at Point A Hotel St Pancras”

Point A Hotel at St Pancras is a nifty, clean option with friendly staff and straightforward check-in. Traveling with children, we appreciated the basic but comfortable rooms, perfect for a short stay. Located on a quieter end of Kings Cross, it felt safe though we avoided going out after dark due to the rough station area. The hotel's convenience and easy access to transportation were definite pluses. Staff like Rashid were helpful and calm—when my child spilled a drink, his patience eased my stress. Overall, a great choice for a short stay, with a surprisingly massive TV for entertainment.

“Poor experience but an overall good hotel”

I stayed here on 2 separate occasions within a short period. In my first stay, I was assisted by a lady who appeared very new and didn't know how to check me in. I was given a room which seemed smaller than what I paid for. When I sought clarification from the same receptionist, I was only told to come back tomorrow and speak to her colleagues. In my second stay, I was surprised with the larger size of the room and figured out that I was probably given a wrong/ smaller room in my first visit. I was not pleased with this and hopefully they can look into this for improvements. Having said that, the hotel wasn't entirely bad. The cleanliness was decent and I liked the relatively neat and new interior of the hotel. The breakfast was simple but great. The ham parcels were delicious. Besides that, the hotel location was very strategic as it was only a 5-10 mins walk to King's Cross Station.

“Cleaners start loudly at 8am”

I stay here often at its closest to kings x. I generally like this no frills clean place but charging £15 early check in for a platinum member when the rooms ready isn’t right. Also cleaners started 8am sharp, talking loudly, rattling bags, dropping buckets and hoovering. Check out is 11. People should be able to sleep for the amount of time they paid for. I lost 2 1/2 hours sleep because I was woken up.

“Point A King ”

The hotel is located close to the metro and transportation centers. Room cleaning should be done every 2 days instead of 3 days. The products served for breakfast are delicious and very fresh, especially the croissants are very good but the variety is low and always fixed, it should be changed occasionally. There are very good staff as well as mediocre ones. The hotel is busy and crowded. The room is too small in size, it could have been larger. In general evaluation, it is of a quality to stay.

“Great location for King's Cross ”

We stayed 24/06. Arrived late as we spent time in central London. Short walk from St Pancras and easy to find. Next to a pub & lots of places to grab food. Check in was easy, entrance area with bar and seating was really nice and clean. The room was sufficient for a one night stay, the only thing I'd like is tea/coffee in the room, but they do at least have a machine in Reception to grab on the way out. We left at 3.15am for an early Eurostar & the Recpetionist was kind enough to give us a free coffee which was lovely of him. The shower needs a spruce up and the pipes very hot to the touch but it was fine. The rooms aren't soundproof and people are leaving at all sorts of times for Eurostar but we weren't fussed by any noise of doors - its to be expected. I'd absolutely stay here again.

“Well- located hotel.”

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and would stay there again, if we return to London in the future.. It is only a short walk to the Kings Cross/ St Pancras station and St Pancras International station, making it very easy to get everywhere in and around London. We had a room without a window, which was extremely quiet. Although the hotel is located on a very busy road, we heard no traffic noise. The room was small, but adequate, and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great choice of foods. The only improvement would be to offer some hot dishes, in addition to the hot ham or vegetarian pastries. The staff were fantastic, eager to help solve any need of their guests. Not only did they phone for a taxi for us, but also helped load our cumbersome luggage into the taxi when it arrived.

“Amazing. Would stay again”

I was traveling with my brother. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room had everything you need. I had a hard time finding the hair dryer but good that we turned the TV on and saw the room guide haha. The staff were very nice. The location is perfect, close to the underground and many buses as well as the train station. Also there are many places to get food and all are different types. I’m very happy with our stay and that we chose the hotel. Only issue was that our room was with a street view where there was a construction going on so it was noisy but not too much. It didn’t really ruined our stay.

“Convenient location ”

The location in King’s Cross is quite convenient with around 20 minutes traffic to the central London. The room is nice and there is hairdryer provided. There are also coffee machines in the lobby and we can fill in hot water when needed. The room cleaning service is provided every 3 days, but it can also be provided upon request. However, the cleaning time is a bit early (around 10-11 am). There are a couple things that bother me though. For example the wifi in room often disconnects, especially on other devices than phones. But perhaps it’s the thing London suffers from in general. Another thing that need to be reminded of is the door, which do not close entirely by itself and need a further push. Overall I think it’s a very nice place for couples to stay in. It is definitely recommended.

The receptionists and cafeteria staffs are very warm and friendly. Room is clean but no electric kettle and coffee provided. However hot shower is amazing. It is 10 minute walk to the King Cross Station, which is a great point. Restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance

The location is good, nearby the train station (about six minutes walk), and restaurants. The negatives were, the hotel didn't change the clean towels until after three nights (unless you ask), also lack of space to put your personal items no desk and no chair in the room.

“Amazing Hotel”

This hotel is great and thanks to Agoda got a great offer on it. The room(although it had no window but then I was there to sleep in it) although not massive was full of facilities like a safe, hair dryer, air conditioning. Although it's two small for a wardrobe there were places to hang yiyr clothes. To be honest I woukd t stay here for more than two night, but for a small break it's perfect. The shower was great as well. Staff were friendly. Five minutes walk from King's Cross. I will definatley be using again. Also in the reception area there's a machine to buy an umbrella which I thought was a useful touch.

“Great location but I hope next time I get a standard bathroom”

The room was clean, very spacious, and had a window with a nice view. There was one receptionist who had weird looks on me like scanned me from head to toe LOL. The bathroom in my room was for elderly or persons with disability so toilet bowl was higher, had a chair in the shower.. not a big deal but I hope I get an ordinary bathroom next time as I find it a bit uncomfortable sitting on a high toilet bowl and the chair took up some space in the shower. I’d still choose to stay here next time and/or recommend it due to location and cleanliness.. great value for money.

“Perfectly located by Kings Cross”

This hotel was perfect for a short business trip. Ideally located within walking distance of Euston and Kings Cross Stations. Easy checkin, comfortable beds, and a coffee machine with takeaway mugs in the lobby. Breakfast hit the spot (Oat milk was a nice option unlike many other hotels). The bedroom TV was perfect, with built-in Chromecast so I could cast from my phone or laptop easily. Fast & reliable free wifi too. Will definitely be back.

“Great value, centrally located hotel”

The location is the real selling point of this hotel, super convenient for Kings Cross Station and central London. The hotel is clearly well looked after, felt very clean and maintained which for a budget hotel in London is not a given. The double room without window was nice and quiet, and plenty mirrors in the room stopped it feeling too "boxy". The space was well utilised with a good amount of charge points. The shower worked well. A kettle in the room would have been a bonus!

“Good value for money”

This hotel has many perks, which include good value for money and it is located in a prime location. The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from Kings Cross so it's ideal for central london and travel. There are a few issues: the walls are very thin so you can hear everything, the rooms and bathroom are tiny but it is London so that is expected. The aspect I don't love is that they charge you a fee per luggage item per day, which is just ridiculous to me. It's bad enough to charge to store luggage for paying hotel guests but to make it per item is cheeky. With that being said, it's about balancing the pros and cons.

“A great value”

The hotel was really great, so close to King’s Cross, the breakfast was really good and with a variety of choice. The staff was really kind and helpful. The only negative thing was the shower. The door was really not convenient to get in, especially if you are a plus size person, because it opens on the opposite side of the sink which put the sink in the middle of the opening. Then the shower head was not powerful and fixed to the wall so really not convenient at all to use properly. That is too bad. Otherwise all the facility were good. Maybe to level up the experience a box of tissue in the room would have been a great plus.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had windows. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to train stations, restaurants, but not in the noisy area.
