excellent business hotel!”

location, staff attitude very helpful
Hotel is one of the first joint venture hotels to open in China and their rooms are not the most up-to-date and relatively modest in size for its class

The Jinglun Hotel is an excellent hotel for business travellers to Beijing, right in the middle of the Central Business District and well connected via public transportation to the city center. Taxis are always available. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and used to dealing with many Japanese customers so well versed in providing excellent customer service. Room decor is a bit dated but the rooms are comfortable and quiet.

good business hotel”

very convenient location for business guests
rooms are not very big and sometimes a bit tired looking, but everything is clean and works.

The Jinglun hotel is a very convenient location for business travellers to Beijing as it is very well communicated with the business centres of the cities and easy and quick to get to fm the airport. Since the hotel was one of the first joint-venture hotels built in Beijing during the early eighties, the rooms and interior of the hotel is meanwhile a bit dated, but everything is well maintained and clean. The hotel offers very good value for money and staff are very helpful.

Staying at the JingLun Hotel In BeiJing”

fast Internet line free brewed coffee in the room staff polite room clean
Razor not provided free ! Not much of a view available

The JingLun Hotel in Beijing offers a great location where transportation is easily available. While the view from the rooms is nothing great - you oversees into a major busy thoroughfare - but the famed RiTan (temple of the sun) is just within walking distance. Also near to it is a subway station for Line 5. Service in the hotel is good and polite - although the prices for the use of hotel facilities / or types available are not listed, you can ask for it by phone. Security is good as the room card is required to activate lift floor access. Overall, a good stay in JingLun Beijing.

A Pleasent stay ”

The central location, Underground station nearby, The silk street market is a 2 minutes walk. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The fitness centre opens until 12 o'clock midnight.
Quite small and crowded lobby area. Swimming pool water was very cold.

The location of Jinglun hotel is the selling point. It is located at the central business district of Beijing. The famous silk street market is two minutes walk from the hotel. Another thing I really liked was that the there was an underground station nearby. The second I really liked about was the hotel allowed late check out until 4 pm. So I stayed until 4pm. The hotel staff were all very friendly.

Great location in the city center”

The 3 best things about this hotel were 1) The location in the city center - easy access to subway & busses; 2) The many options for eating (restaurants); 3) Closeness to Silk market & other shopping

This was my third time in Jinglun Hotel, and I have chosen it because it provides a good "basecamp" for doing the type of things I like in Beijing. Right in the city center, I can find different price levels of restaurants, shopping places and the subway & busses all within 100m of the hotel. The price for the hotel was average, but in my opinion it gives a good price for services ratio because of the location. The hotel was clean and the staff spoke English and was polite.

good locationfor agoda rate

the jinglun hotel is convenient for travellers needing to be in the central business district. quite easy to get to via taxi and metro. the lowest rate rooms are fine, but furniture and carpets look a bit worn. still good value for money. the more expensive rooms have nicer bathrooms with separate shower cabins and bath tub, and nicer furniture but rooms have the same size.

Great location but old room”

location

Personalized service is the hallmark of this quietly comfortable, recently renovated hotel in the business district near the China World Center. Only 500 meters from the colorful Silk Market, the central location is a short trip to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the Temple of Heaven. The hotel is part of the world renown Nikko Hotel Group and the first class standard are reflected in the contemporary decor of the moderate sized rooms that have oak wood furniture and a sleek look and the bathrooms complimented with fine toiletries. The Jinglun Hotel has two Chinese Restaurants and two Japanese restaurants. Do try the unique Thaiffee Garden the first indoor coffee garden in Beijing and serves a buffet breakfast. When you arrive back home, do not be surprised to receive a thank you note from the hotel manager.

comfortable hotel with convenience”

location

This is the third or fourth time I have stayed in this hotel this year and each time the conclusion is always that the hotel has comfort and convenience. One of its convenience is location near public transport (rail), buses and along the major streets in Beijing (the silk market is walking distance). In addition are the nearby restaurants and especially the nearby supermarket. However it was closed the last time I stayed and it was not clesr if it would re-open. On this October stay, the supermarket re-opened and renamed BLT. The convenience part has remained. In fact one of the services of the hotel I was able to try only on this trip and it was again convenient and good facilities. This is the Business Center (Lounge). Not only is the place spacious, it is quiet but with the services you need from the hotel (food, drinks) avaialable. Once in the lounge you are not bothered and can work without disruption. One more selling point for Jinglun hotel.

Stay at Jinglun Hotel, Beijing”

Located at the business center, 5 minutes walk to WTC or 10 minutes walk to Pearl Market and having comfortable room and complete facilities.
Small lobby & restaurant.

Jinglun hotel is located at the business area center. It is close to WTC Shopping Center, China World Convention Center, Pearl Market, and some other cafe and restaurants such us star buck, Pizza huts, KFC, etc. From this hotel, It only takes 10 minutes by taxy to Forbidden City and about 20 minutes by taxi to Summer Palace. The hotel room itself is quite convenience and comfortable with a very complete facilities for your personal needs or business needs. However, the hotel lobby is quite small and It doesn't have complete restaurant instead of Japanese restaurant. The room charge does not include breakfast which usually applicable to many international hotels.

I travel often to Beijing. Most recently I have made Jinglun my preferred property due to the Value for Money and Amenities (Bar, Bus. Center, Wi-Fi) equation. The location is fantastic for the CBD area. Location is also good for shoppers, sightseers. Staff are mostly good and mostly helpful. Some are VERY good.

Good value at the Jinglun Hotel”

Location - on the subway and close to the CBD.
Price was acceptable but did not include breakfast.

I first stayed at the Jinglun in November of 1987. It is a historic hotel for international business travellers. While not a flashy property it has all the basics covered without putting your private expense budget into a tailspin! And its location is unmatched. Its in the center of modern Beijing's first CBD and surrounded by restaurants and shopping. That being said do not try to get anywhere quickly by taxi. Jianguomenwai Da Jie is a parking lot at rush hour and slow the rest of the day. But the nearby (3 min walk) subway will take you anywhere in Beijing for just RMB2. Yes, it is also crowded at rush hour but its gets you to your destination in a more predictable fashion.

Hello China”

テーメー裏口より徒歩秒。

Jinglun Hotel Beijing is located at the heart of Beijing and it is near other five star hotels. I love this hotel because they are very competitive even their prices is much more cheaper than the 5 star hotels. I like its proximity to the shopping areas and tourist spots. It saves me a lot since I don't need to ride a cab in going to those places. Their rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff can understand a little English so I didn't have a hard time conversing with them. They serve great food. I will book again to Jinglun the next time I go back to Beijing.

First visit to Beijing”

Good position to the centre of Beijing;on the main road and 4 kilometres from the Forbidden city, staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and were kept immaculate by the floor staff.
For an international hotel receiving guests from all over the world, there were communication problems with language, but signing seemed to overcome most problems.

We would certainly stay at the Jinglun again.A great variety of restaurants on premise and the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful.Smile Chen, the doorman on duty during the day was brilliant. I use a wheelchair, and I had no problems accessing facilities except the lounge bar; Perhaps management could consider installing a ramp around by the piano!!
