No China Mobile telecom service!! They said: China Mobile communication tower was destroyed & waiting to be maintained, but we’ve WiFi. I said: how can I connect to internet without telecom service? I ended up going to the street outside at midnight to get internet connection!!!!!

看中了北京西四酒店的地理位置，所以提前一个月就订了一间标准房A。入住后大失所望，给我的是二楼最顶端的一间房，房间非常小，打开房门就直接走到床边了。房间里就一大一小两张床，连个沙发都没有，弄得一家人的衣服都没地方摆放。本来是高高兴兴暑假带家人来旅游的，心情完全被住宿的恶劣环境给破坏了。我曾经在很多个城市的锦江之星住过，从没有见过面积这么小的标准房A，而且连个沙发都没有，请问这就是锦江之星的服务质量吗？
