The value is very good. They are nice people. They are helpful, but command of Mandarin or Cantonese is helpful as few staff understand English. The staff treat people with kindness. The coffee is good The food so so. The location is not for those who unable to deal with cultural or language differences. The area is very safe. The availability of taxis is good. The metro is .7 mile away . Very good for Canton Fair. When dealing with connecting with friends not staying there, be certain to supply exact address as there are three hotels part of this chain in Goungzhou.. I learned a tough lesson about the 3 locations one morning that really cost me. Great place to connect with other fair goers and free shuttle service to the fair at 9 am every monring.

This hotel is in a nice, quiet residential area, away from downtown. Lots of restaurants and shops, with enough english speaking staff to be helpful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Most spoke some english.

In general, I found the Hotel very friendly and excellent buffet breakfast but I had 3 issues. 1. My room was very dark with no natural lighting. 2. Very large screen tv but no English instructions or tv channels. 3. No room fridge. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful but their knowledge of English was a little bit limited and it could be difficult to make them understand.

The agoda map located this hotel at the wrong location. When i took map and apps to get to this hotel it shows nearby the canton fair but actually is 20mins away from the canton fair. The map might misleading any customer. Overall the hotel is still great but just the location is quite hard to find

it was my first time being in China, many 4 or 5 starts hotel with reasonable price i found but were far from canton fair,then did choose 8 guest hotel but if i did know about great services of subway and how its easy to reach canton fair from any point of Guangzhou,never would book this hotel. rooms was not as pictures, any of taxi drivers did know the address and street address was not so known for people, staffs couldn't speak english even a word just the manager was so helpful. no facilities in room such as ironing or refrigerator,even different socket for charging mobile that face you problem. you have to insist them give you 2 key card , with one key card you will die when come back from outside till old model and weak AC device start working again and you feel fresh air in your room. one time i also saw a small cockroaches in my bed!!! totally i would not stay again there.

+Slept on cloud 9 & it was too soft. ”
A "short walk" from the railway ended up two taxis and a further 20 min walk to find the place. Initially, it was extremely difficult to find. The room had no view as the window was internal and had a dim light at all hours. Thus, it appeared as sunrise at 1am. The bed was uncomfortably soft& gave my wife & I two nights of the worst possible sleep. The room was noisy from disrespecting people walking past the paper-thin door at all hours of the night. The shower was the only great thing but the toilet room was way too dark to have a shave or any grooming. Staff were, like sponges (wet) & breakfast was band yet adequate. We would certainly not stay there again. Any other hotel near a subway station would be cheaper & much better.

On the first day our toilet has no lamp. Buat the second day they change the bulp. 2nd day... flood in the corridor to room. Water licking to thru ceiling and all che carpet are wetm we are luckily because our room not at the side.

This is first time I was in such kind of hotel. I book it because in the internet looks good and look closer to Canto fir, But it is not. Everywhere smoking,I book non smoking room, they said have not got. Bad smell in the room. Toilet and shower together very small, it is very dirty, open drain line toilet drains smell come to the room. Very noisy fan, not enough light in the bathroom to shave. It is completely no good for tourist. For the locals it is OK.
