The hotel itself is great. Our cottage was lovely and had the best location in my opinion. We could see the sea from our cottage's balcony and the kitchen staff kindly lent us a peeling knife and some tableware to use in our room. The beach was beautify and we really appreciated the quietness of this area which is far away from noisy crowd. The only downside is there was no public transportation. Taxi wasn't easily to find. Hotel's service car was, of course, expensive. Luckily my husband could rent a motorbike otherwise we would have stuck inside the hotel. So if you plan to stay here, make sure you rent a car from the airport.
We stayed for 6 days. This reaort has clean rooms, good breakfast with omelette station, and much more quiet compared to the East side of the island. There are a few restaurants and shops just outside this resort. I rented a moped and went around the island which worked well for us. The service is very good and the staff were very friendly. The buildings are a but outdated, but still in good working condition. You cam walk to the beach and it's very nice to swim, compared to other resorts that advertise beach-front, but is muddy or not good for swimming. Overall, this resort has good solid value!
A pretty and well located resort. The private pools are small but great plunge pools. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the bathrooms overheat as plastic roofed. Golf cart taxi to and from the main hotel is great. The breakfast are pretty awful, don’t bother with them. Restaurant on the evenings is nice but overpriced. The hotel pool was dirty, so didn’t try it. The staff are very helpful and do their best to accommodate where possible. Overall a quiet resort with good private villas. Does need a little tlc in parts.
Place was showing it's age a little bit but it was quite comfortable, The villa with pool was nice, but far from the beach. So it was a few mins walk through the rest of the hotel to get to the beach. Would have been nice if Wifi was better. Ample car parking, and a few small cafes and restaurants in walking distance and a 7-11 just a quick drive . I enjoyed the stay.

“Wonderful location and quality”
We choose our stay based off description and reviews left by other visitors. We are beyond pleased with our stay in every way. The only suggestions that we have is to perhaps provide some sort of texture to the tile around the pool as it is extremely slick once wet. We all almost took a fall at some point either after getting out of the pool or after a rain shower. Also if there could be some sort of handle to grab when getting out of the pool that would also be very beneficial. The hot water was very temperamental in the shower, it would suddenly turn cold and then scalding hot and back to freezing again. Once you learned the trick to take a comfortable shower, it was okay. It wasn't like other hot water taps elsewhere in country. Very touchy. Breakfast was very enjoyable and loved the traditional Thai options available, we only wished that Jok (rice porridge) was served more than once during our week stay. There was also only one pot available and once it was gone there was no more for anyone who arrived toward the end of Breakfast, after 9am. Other than these mentions...we have no complaints and absolutely would recommend and have recommended this resort to others. We would definitely stay here again.
